I recently went to Sirpilla RV in Akron OH and asked to test drive a class C RV to see if I could handle it. I was hoping to buy one at the RV show this winter, assuming I could drive/park/back it. The man, no gentleman, on duty asked if I was buying today and I explained what I wanted to do. He told me he couldn't leave the desk in case a real customer came in to buy. I told him he just lost a sale because I had passed 2 Rv dealers on my way to his. Fortunately, Camping World has mail order, because this firm has their store on premises, and I won't go back even for that. Camping World never responded to my complaint about him. The owners of this company changed their name from "Paragon Financial Solutions LLC" upon getting caught for misrepresentation of 1000's of people here in the valley of the sun for loan modifications. People from all over are now reporting them to the AG's office and it will not be ong before these guys close up shop and go into hiding. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS -RIPOFF SCAM ARTIST's !!! We had an agreement to rent this vacation rental and forms had been filled out and payment pending. Suddenly, the owner (Rob) said he had rented to someone else. We had turned down other properties to rent this home and an agreement had been made. He snuck in another renter without telling us and left us high and dry. We will not work with him again, since he is unreliable and doesn't honor agreements made. read full review »

My older sister had made an appointment for the two of us to have our make up done at the MAC counter for our younger sisters wedding that morning. We arrived a few minutes early for our appointments and were fine waiting since we could see it was busy.

This is Nick a business development manager of a company. We provide telemarketing and customer support services. They hired an agent from us to work for them. The agent (chris) worked for them from 20th September to 12th December. They only paid us for September and October and still have not paid us for November and December's work.

I have an account with them and they never fulfilled it. It was in October of 2010 when I also gave them an additional two year membership due and they took it knowing that they were not going to keep their end of our contact. I paid a lot of money for this membership to travel on cruises and have timeshares to be availed to me and now the phone numbers that I have for them are all disconnected. I do not know when they closed down or if they are operating under a new name.
I do plan to report this to the Better Business Bureau. I've lost a lot of money and I don't know what my alternatives are at this time. read full review »

The AAA guide as well as Santa Monica Offical Visitors map the front desk here gives you says that free continental breakfast is included. In fact they do not even have a restaurant or a facility to serve breakfast. When I asked the front desk, they say that the official visitors map is in error. I have checked the last three years AAA guide. They all say free breakfast in them. This is clearly a misleading claim and the hotel should compensate us for this. I was directed to this product for a free scan of viruses on my computer. I chose not to buy and the pop up will not go away and I believe if the product is not purchased it will install a virus after a period of time. I rented a textbook at my university's branch of eFollett. When I got back to my dorm I found 2 emails sent 2 minutes apart. The first one was for the book I rented. Got a meat drawer in the freezer thats to narrow and will not stay in the tracks.Lowes extended warranty will not cover it, they say its cosmetic.I know I waited to long to pursue this but a warranty is still a warranty even though it runs out in Aug, 2011.This drawer bin was either the wrong part installed at the manufactures end or it was switched at the store for another refridgerator missing one.i can't believe this is a cosmetic issue but a wrong bin put in my freezer.Lowes and their warranty company is trying to get out of fixing this. read full review »

My company entered into a lease for a Credi card swipe machine on 3/30/04
It was a 60 month lease. I contacted the company in Feb 2009 enquiring about the process to terminate the lease.
I was told that I now owned the equipment and needed to do nothing. My monthly charges of $44.73 are still being automatically drawn from my account and can't get it resolved. read full review »

Hi, I went to Coleman for year in Computer Networking. Like the another blogger has already said the credits
to the other schools like the Kaplan's, etc. are non transferable to a real College. For me that doesn't make any sense at all to go to Coleman College, etc. Why spend xxx of dollars if you can't transfer the credits over to a real school like SDSU, etc ? This company did not start work our website for one year, then we had to pay outside firms to complete the project at a cost of thousands. This is after over 800 emails to them and hundreds of call. They also did not keep the quotes they gave and we got sucked in for more money thinking it would be cheaper than hiring a new firm - it was not. The company is a bunch of kids - it is very hard to find an adult to talk with. I wrote the CEO numerous times - no response. No one in this company is responsible for anything. We have had a "nightmare" getting these products set up with AT&T back in September, 2010. After numerous calls and conversations with AT&T representatives to discuss an unbelievable amount of issues related to U-Verse and wireless Internet, and asking about credits and our rebate we are entitled to, we are still waiting to get decent service and receive our $50 rebate. Originally, we were told it would be $100!

I ordered a pair of glasses - frames & lenses, on 6 January 2011. The store manager, Mark, is the person that handled my order. The initial experience was poor due to the fact that throughout my transaction, he continually got up to answer the phone or to tell one of the other employees something before coming back to me and my order.
