I called down to the dealership because I was informed of a transmission recall from a friend. I called down to the dealership gave my VIN # and was told my car was indeed part of the recall. I was then asked to bring my car down to see if the transmission needed to even be replaced. I got down there and waited for 3 hours only for them to walk out and hand me a 10, 000 bill!!! Following a release from my job I tried to apply for approved flex medical payments reimbursements and was denied. I had not been informed there was a 60 day limit that I had to file for reimbursement. Compensation Solutions, our PEO, will not provide any assistance, even though they recognize they did not provide me with the required information. Claim adjudicator, Gloria Hurt, is obviously and blatantly incompetent. She stated that my Corvette was comparable to a subcompact/compact car rental. After that demonstration of stupidity, she subsequently assigned blame for an auto collision where I was rear ended to me in spite of the police report and the repair shop clearly stating that the other driver was at fault. Her incompetence is clear and appropriate action by her bosses should be taken, although her immediate supervisor failed to return my call. FIfth THird BAnk customer service continuously points non-account holders to BIll Payer 2000 (as recently as DEcember 2010), but the website does not exist anywhere. If you google the site, you are referred to a site that is under construction that has advertisements for other products and you are referred to a news report that says Bill Payer 2000 has been shut down. I James Scott applied to raise money from an old works pension I had invested with Legal & General Assurance. I was given a quote by Legal & General on 24/6/10 that £859.58 would be deducted from the money to be transferred which they called the M.V. adjustment. When I went onto their web site I was asked for a credit card to use their web site. The charge was for $2.97 for a password and user name. I got it and the next day on went back on the web site to look to see what kind of grants I could maybe use since I am a student. Santander Consumer, USA bought out Citifinancial last year. We had no problem with this company. Ever since Santander took over, it has been nothing but TROUBLE! They have lost payments, mis-posted payments, took moneys out of our checking acct. without authorization along with a $10.95 processing fee, and with all of this said, our vehicle was repoed and we had all of the payments in a file!
