I used Annual credit report.com and it was supposed to be a free 7 day trial. I called and cancelled the same day. They kept telling me that my account never went through and arguing with me. This company does not comply with FOS (Financial Ombudsmen Service) so don't think you can use the Ombudsmen to assist in resolving your issues. the concrete foundation was poured 5/8"to an 1" out of plumb. i showed up at the job site before the foundation was poured and noticed the bow in the forms of the concrete wall pointed it out to the men working there and they assured me they would brace it straight. it was poured with bow in the wall anyway. they also crushed the drain tile around the footings which i had to fix myself. this companys shop is located in box elder, sd. area. would not use this company again. read full review »

I purchased a California King Mattress & Box spring (Pillow Top) for roughly $1200.00 plus $75.00 for delivery in March of 2009. The Mattress is 2 years old and has already indented on the side that I sleep on. Lumps & Bumps every where. I contacted Haynes after care department, I filled out all the forms, took the required pictures. I was told that Haynes couldn't help me because I did not have a metal frame with five legs. Demand letter sent to them against their driver who T-Boned me and totalled my car and hurt my back and neck. Stanley Law Offices sent demand letter but they will not handle litigation. I cannot sit, stand, walk for long distances and am on muscle relaxers, Vicadin, PT. Tens Unit and receive monthly injections for pain. Stanley Law offices state I meet threshold for pain and suffering under NYS Law 5402. I was misdiagnosised for a year and switched my primary physician who listened to me and sent me immediately for PT and pain injections. These things help for a short time, temporary fix. Lakai is my favorite brand of shoes, and normally their products always meet expectations. However, I recently owned a pair of the Rick selects, and although they were comfortable and good for skateboarding, they wore out extremely fast. In around a month and a half, the seam near the toe had split on both shoes, the lace (supplied with shoe) had broken, and a hole was nearly worn in the side. Lakai is a skate shoe company, so they obviously know skateboarding puts wear and tear on shoes. When I signed up for service with Canoochee EMC in Reidsville, GA, I was required to put up a $285 deposit and $15 membership fee. Now that I have moved and my service voluntarily terminated, they are keeping my deposit, minus my final utility bill, for a total of $193, for 29 days.
