I am writing because of the response and treatment I received from Herbergers Credit Department. I am trying to help pay for, or completely pay for my mother-in-law’s credit card with Herbergers. I was given power of attorney to discuss her account. I even mailed and faxed Herbergers the power of attorney. They refused to help, to talk about the account, or give advice other than a scant $128.00 off if I paid in full, a bill that was close to $1,600.00.

a few years ago I bought a Mudman "Gaussman AW-570" Analog with the Titanium back plate. i bought the watch at "The G Shock Store" in Manhattan, New York.

On Jul 14, 2006 I called Enbridge Gas Company to cancel my Heating Protection Plan effective immediately. Their sale representatives transferred my call to Direct Energy Customer Service; I told her I want to cancel my plan. Direct Energy Sale Representative told me “I can’t cancel your plan; you signed up 12 months contract with us from Feb 2006 to Feb 2007. You do not get refund the money”. PA center - Springfield
My daughter had joined on a Saturday to lose 12 pounds (which was not needed). We called later that day but they were not there. They are closed on Sunday's. We went back on Monday to cancel at Springfield, PA center. They said she would probably not get $149.00 back because that was for medical history which includes taking blood pressure and weighing. I volunteer as an EMT and it takes about a minute to do both things. We got a check for $63 because she gave $212. We cancelled within 72 hours and I told them that you can cancel a contract in that time span. They did not think you could in PA. Are they any lawyers that know differently? read full review »

The new management for this apartment have no organization skills. Nor do they have any morality what so ever. My story is this, my girlfriend and I went to this apartment to rent out. Filled out all the paper work and found out that I was approved but not her due to the fact she makes to much money. She makes less then 10 cents more an hour then I do. Maytag wide by side refrigerator
We bought a Maytag wide by side refrigerator about 4 years ago and unfortunately just after the warranty expired, so did the appliance. What is wrong, I am so disappointed with Maytag. We thought we were buying a well made product. I am very unhappy and will not purchase another Maytag appliance and will talk to my friends and family about my experience as well. Paper plates
Has anyone else noticed that the Paper Plate companies, in their manufacturing procedures and packaging, actually “stick” 3 plates together “lightly” so that consumers don’t notice that when they grab for one plate – they actually grab 3 plates? The packaging says “50 plates”…or “100 plates”….but by the time you grab one plate which is lighly adhered to 2 other plates, you go through them pretty quickly – and this is wasteful to our environment. I spend my time separating paper plates so that we grab one – not three – whenever we use them. read full review »

Upon returning from a week long vacation we discovered our new 6 month old Sears Trio refrigerator stopped working. The freezer section was fine. Everything in the refrigerator section had to be discarded. We called Sears, 1-800-469-4663 (July 15, 2006) for service as the product was under warranty. I was sold a Wave-Tech Pool (32K) + financing for $4K in a retaining wall to support the pool. I paid $2K cash down, for a total expenditure of $34K. I have since found blogs and internet postings of over 43 complaints with the Attorney General's office, 84 unresolved complaints with the BBB. I am fully aware that the company takes a percentage in the transaction. I am also fully aware that they hold back a percentage in case any of my clients reuest their money back. i am also fully aware that it cost $6.00 ( U.S. dollars) for them to wire my money across.

We moved from California to Pennsylvania on march 25th'2002. We had our stuff moved on 23rd march'2002 which we had them deliver to us on 3rd may 2002. At the time of packing and moving we took an insurance of $10,000 with 0% deductible and we paid $200 for it. When we got the stuff a few items were damaged which were then to be either replaced or refunded or repaired by them.

America west airlines. Flying from Atlanta to lax stopping in Phoenix. Flight 656 leaving 5.25pm July 5th. I'm over 50 years old, I've flown all over the world, this was the most dismal travelling experience of my life. We received 15 minute reports for 11/2 hours about mechanical failure. I'm at my wits end with my diamond engagement ring from Zales. My fiance bought me a 2,100 dollars engagement ring from them in December 2005. Many 2002-2004 Polaris Virage and Gensis watercraft have warped hoods. The warp occurs in the front of the hood where the hinge is attached to the hood. The basic problem is that the hinge is stronger than the hood and when the watercraft sets in the sun the hood in too weak to retain it shape. The problem was only compounded by the Black and Silver covers that Polaris sold for several years. The black material increased the intensity of the sun.

I purchased Furniture from Bassett Furniture the wood is already rotting away and half the wood is not even stained and if it is stained it's all different colors stains. Also there looks like they cliped out pieces of the wood on some of the furniture where it should be totally flat and smooth and there are indents of circles also in the wood that should not be there at all. We purchased Rhino decking in 2002/2003. By the second summer we noticed that we were getting a lot of mildew spots on the boards and the spaces between the boards were narrowing.
