While using a GE Dishwasher Model PDW8280J03SS, serial # GH74992B, I deeply cut a finger when opening the dishwasher. I gently felt around where the injury occurred but could not locate anything that may have caused the cut. A bit of antibiotic salve and a band-aid is being used to help it heal. A few years ago we were contacted by them to sell our time share. We had to scrape together the $499 to even try and get out from under the payments and annual dues. All contact with the company was initiated by me and it took a few years to sell, by that time we had lowered our asking price to the point that we took a loss on our taxes and even had to pay an additional amount of money just to get rid of the time share. I hired Akita Copy to move a copy machine for me. They missed several appointments and then showed up, got the copier and tried everything that they could to delay delivery, until the following Monday. They then delivered my copy machine (Broken) and doubled the charge. I refused to pay the difference and they refused to repair the damage that they caused. I have an Amana Bottom Freezer Single door refrigerator. Twice the fridge has stopped cooling and freezing. It makes a funny noise and then I notice my freezer items are softening. My grandmother gave me her Magic Chef smooth top stove she'd purchased in '95 when she couldn't get the cleaning cycle latch to open fully. This story now is 3 months and running. I paid my Sprint Bill in July and August directly from my bank and Sprint couldn't find my payments. After 5+ hours and a half dozen calls they said my bank had to fax them proof so they could find it. Mean time cutting my service. The Bank fax did twice since they told them the wrong procedure. I have internet and telephone service with Time-Warner maintaining the cable. Last week, the phone and internet quit working. That is, it works sometimes if you're lucky. We stayed at the Springfield, IL KOA. It was a nightmare. During our stay we were sitting at the table in our camper and I turned off the Air Conditioner as I was talking on my cellphone. I was offered a $1 deal through Comfort Suites for Travelers Advantage Club and was to receive discounts for Comfort Suites and free gas amounting to $40. This was a 90 day deal and I would have the opportunity to cancel before 90 days with no extra charges. I never received any correspondence from this company and then was charged $99.99 on my credit card. I had forgotten about these people because they never contacted me at all. What a scam. Since their inception there has been a steady noise that gets louder upon occation. It is a steady hum that never ends. When it gets louder, you can hear it through the closed windows even more. I talked with them a few times in the beginning and was always told they were correcting the problem. It did get quieter for a bit, then louder, then quieter, then louder. You get the gist. My now husband and I decided to use After Hours formal for our wedding tuxedos. We made our appointment and had four of the men measured at the Galleria and the other two were measured at their local stores in Jacksonville FL and Tampa, FL. I owed $400-some to my dentist who referred me to GE Money. The doc said that whatever I owe, I could pay off in 12 months with no interest, same as cash. I just divided the total by 12 months and sent the first payment in. Now I received a statement on which they charged me the finance charge. When I called their customer service, I was told that 12-month same-as-cash applies only to the amount of at least $1000. Well, this is not what I was told by my dentist. UPS service is getting worst. It is impossible to speak to a representative, there is no phone number posted on their web site and they never give any specific reason or apology for poor service. The reason for this is because they are paid by the businesses that use their service to ship to the customer and since the business pays UPS, UPS has no loyalty to the end receiver which actually pays for the shipping. Drum Halfzware shag rolling tobacco is perhaps the worst quality of its kind I have ever encountered. I started service with TXU Energy and sent in the proper paperwork the proper way to get my $50 credit for new service. I was told it would be applied after 1 months service. Circuit City (OXNARD, CA) had advertised a View Sonic 17" flat screen computer monitor at $229 with a $50 rebate so thought it was worth a look. Got to the store and to my delight the placard in the store advised there was a $100 rebate.
