Fedex Home Delivery
I purchased a computer from HP supposed to be delivery o Nov-25, 2006 by Fedex Home Delivery. I called around 8:30 Am EST to Fedex to get an estimated time of delivery of the package.
-Costumer Service answer: We do not know it could be between 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM.

After Hours
7 tux's were fitted for me and my groomsmen, when we got to the location wedding the day of, we had at least a dozen fitting issues. Me the groom, was fitted and all the right sizes were written down and sent to the location. When I tried it on it wasn't even in the ballpark. They weren't even close on the sizing. I believe the shoes fit and thats it. I was measured for a L vest and they sent a XXL! The shirt was sized as a large, they sent an XL! The jacket was past my knuckles!! Atrotious company. Beware!

Their website shows that the rebate request was received on September 14, 2006. They sent email on October 27th advising that the rebate request had been received (nearly six weeks earlier). Casablanca Ceiling Fans / Circuit Boards
The motor on my expensive Casablanca Fan is only 2 yrs old. The circuit board is blown and I have to wait 60 days to get a new one, because everyone says they are back ordered from the factory. I think that means there are alot of blown circuit boards out there. The cost of the circuit board is running from $69. - $85., I did find one guy that wanted $125., I asked him why so much. GE Adora Washing Machine
I purchased a GE Adora washer and dryer at Home Depot in February, 2006. The washer quit working on October 20, 2006. It's now October 4th, and the repair man hasn't show up yet. I wouldn't be nearly as upset about this but for the fact that GE "lost" my rebate information for these appliances, and refused to let me re-apply for it. I would like to file a complaint against the UPS Store of Brandon. My daughter sent ms a package from that Store. When I got the package up at my address in Illinois the computer in side was damaged. I was told to have a UPS Driver pick it up the same way I received it. HP Recovery Disk
I had a complete hard drive failure on a three year old HP model Pavilion 7905 and needed to replace it. Unfortunately, I cannot find my set of Recovery disks, so I called HP to get a copy. HP informed me that they no longer support my PC (I never received an end of support notice), copies are not available and that I needed to purchase (excuse me, purchase again!) the Windows XP Home edition (retail) version.

This company has the worst service ever. I ordered a meter from them about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I paid additional because I wanted fast shipping. After the original confirmation that the order was accepted I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks.

This is a complaint against the Pet Supplies Plus store in Findlay, Ohio, as well as their corporate division's customer service department.

The issue starts out in August of 2005 where we checked in to a cabin that smelled like an ashtray. It looked like a smoke haze when we walked into the room. As noted in my original complaint the room was terrible and due to a boat breakdown and the condition of the cabin we could not stay anymore than a couple of days. I responded to an ad in the paper to be a mystery shopper with a 14 day trail period. I received two letters in the mail one dated 6/18/06 and the other dated 6/20/06. Both letters had different usernames and passwords. On 6/27/06 I called and cancelled the service which was 19.95. I told the technician originally that I was having a problem with ticks. That I put frontline on my animals but wished help. I was told that there wasn't a lot to be done. When he finished, I asked him what he did about the ticks and was told that he sprayed a line on the fence? What? I am also still seeing ticks.

To anyone who is considering buying a car at CARMAX, I would think a 100 times before buying through them!
Here are the REASONS why:
I bought my car 15 months ago at CARMAX located in Dulles VA. Within the second day my car had to be towed back to CARMAX. Unfortunately nothing was obvious while test driving it. The rotors had to be changed, the HVAC had to be replaced, an alignment and new breaks among few other things on the list which ended up costing them $8000 to fix my car!!!

I recently purchased a Alienware Sentia 3450 Laptop computer. Before purchasing the computer I spoke with their sales representatives asking them to about their warranty. I was told that the computer had a On Site Warranty service. Sears - Kenmore Vacuum Cleaner
I ordered a part back from Sears for their Kenmore vacuum cleaner. This was in July of 2006, since then I have not received the part. All I get on my order form is... product on back order until such and such a date. On that date another, "Product on back order until such and such a date." Well this has gone on since JULY!! I have called the parts service and gotten rude replies. I tried to talk to the manager of my local Sears and got no where. Is there ANYONE I can get a hold of to resolve this matter?

Beware. This company advertises through Amazon.com and bills your credit card and then ships the wrong item. They pulled this one twice on me already. They list an item in stock and bill and ship the wrong item. Takes a month to get a credit back on your card. When you call their customer service each time they said they had a warehouse error and they will ship you the correct item. They never will! Now I have to chase Amazon to credit my card back.
