I inherited a 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star Edition from my father-in -law in August of 2006. I was just looking over the truck and noticed that the upper ball joint rubbers were busted open and all of the grease was gone. I got the truck at 24000 miles and now it has 28000 miles. The truck is over 3 years old and out of warranty. Does anyone know if there is any recourse from the factory about this? I undrestand this is a widespread problem on these trucks. I bought a Superba S/S model KSRA22ILWH3 over a year ago (April 05) from KA's (i.e. Whirlpool) warehouse in Laval Quebec. I have no issues with clearance, plenty of space all around. This storm dropped over 20 inches of snow which took down power lines all over. Over 300,000 people were without power. I purchased a sliver phone in May of 2006. The reason for my choice was because I wanted the service of a phone with the music feature. My service provider network is Cellular. The Sliver worked fine for about two months until I downloaded a CD from my computer onto the sliver. Then the music no longer worked. I bought a camera and the matching printer a Christmas present for my daughter. Workers have fallen and they do not make an accident report and do not even acknowledge that one has fallen. They have meetings and they do not pay for that time. I purchased 4 appliances from Home Depot in Biloxi Mississippi to repair our Hurricane Katrina damaged home in Long Beach Mississippi. I bought some of them on clearance.
