Snapfish sent me someone else's pictures and they were double exposed with someone else's pictures. In some pictures of these strangers that I don't know, there is my daughter infused into the background of the other pictures that don't belong to me. Ordered at drive-thru at Josey Lane location in Farmers Branch, Texas, huge pothole at service window, took over 8 minutes at lunch to prepare order. I have had a loan with this company for 2 years and it has been total hell. They have poor customer service, they fail to keep their records accurate, they are harassers, they tack on unaccounted for fees. Airtel Customer Service is really bad. I called up customer service for Airtel Prepaid for 4 times from US as my parents were stuck in London and balance on the card was zero. I took a loan with amerquest which was fine until sold to America's Service co. at which time I was overwhelmed with paper work from 5 lenders all knowing the details of my loan all looking for my loan payment. I bought a warranty through our mortgage company GMAC for electrical appliances in our house. The name of the company is Home Serve. When the time came for them to replace our air conditioner the company says we switched some switchers or wires to by pass something and that caused the air conditioner to stop working. Has anyone ever tried to reach this company on their 800 number or by any other method? This company is unreachable. Can't get them on e-mail, telephone or regular mail. I have a problem with one of the Walton's fifth season DVD's, and I would like to get it replaced if I may.
