The a6000n is the second hp computer I've owned. Both of which came with no recovery discs. As advised in the hp computer manual, I created the discs myself (using 2 dvd discs). When my system crashed I was glad to have them, or so I thought. The first disc booted up fine. But the second one could not be read. Both discs were brand new with no scratches. Frontier offers a bundle of services for $119.00 + fees and taxes $138,00 per month total. Phone, Internet and Dish Networks Digital Home Advantage Americas Top 250. I was charged 19.95 for the past 2 months even though I canceled the subscription over 2 months ago. I canceled again today and they said they would refund my money with in 3 to 5 business days. The funny thing is I called them back 5 minutes later to get a a confirmation number and they had no record of me ever canceling my subscription, hmm. I have had a loan with this company for 2 years and it has been total hell. They have poor customer service, they fail to keep their records accurate, they are harassers, they tack on unaccounted for fees. I took a loan with amerquest which was fine until sold to America's Service co. at which time I was overwhelmed with paper work from 5 lenders all knowing the details of my loan all looking for my loan payment. Our care credit account has been a pain in the neck since we got it. They did not send our first bill so immediately (6 weeks after the surgery) had added extra fees.
