I live in Brooklyn, NY, maybe not Sears country. I have a warranty on a Kenmore water heater. It failed on Sunday, May 6, 2007, after 13 years, quite reasonably. I called the number on the warranty, which is the same as the number on the website. I had an appointment for 8-12 am on Monday, May 7, but nobody showed up. The practice of buy now pay never using no account checks bearing fake social security numbers is happening at banks in the midwest. The banks pass the loss on too paying customers in higher fees and interest. The Inspector General's office for fraud says happens all the time, is illegal, but rarely prosecuted. Looked online for local florist in Dallas, Texas and e-florist came up. I ordered the flower from them and got the confirmation/invoice with the total of $100.29. On June 8, 2007, EDP withdrew $159.95 from a special checking account that only I have authority to use but fore my disabled daughter's expenses. I have discovered she went online with the premise of rebuilding her credit, she thought she canceled but a month later they took money. I am hoping that someone can help me in finding out if a class action lawsuit is the way to go. We built a new house last May (2006) and had a large amount of Pergo Accolade installed. Immediately upon moving in the floor began "cricking" and "snapping". Lexus Customer Service and Lexus of Reno I recently purchased a Lexus RX300 that now has 85,000 miles on it. Just last week the transmission went out. Aren't Lexus' supposed to be dependable and last longer than many of the vehicles out there? I am extremely dissatisfied with the "QUALITY" of people lookup services currently on the internet. I used to be able to get addresses, internet addresses and phone numbers free from several lookup services. Now, although there are many more such services, almost none of them provide useful information free and some of them want an up front fee before they tell you if they can supply any information about a specific person. This is the second time ASC has tried to foreclose on my house. I'm fighting back with a lawsuit and have filed a complaint with attorney general. There is something we can do about them. My son purchased a 110cc dirt bike from a distributor in WI with his own hard earned money on 7-4/06. He was told that this was a high quality product built and designed after Honda. Well let me tell you this is not true. We have had nothing but problems since this bike was purchased. After only driving this dirt bike 8 times, the frame broke and luckily he was not badly injured. We have sent many hours and a great deal of money on repairing this bike. My daughter purchased her gown at Francesca's. I should have known right from the beginning it was not going to turn out well. My daughter, who is a size 6, was told ALL gowns are small, and they ordered her a 12!! They measured her with her clothes on - in the winter~ the wedding was two weeks ago! Me and two other friends of mine made appointments to go skydiving weeks in advance. Our appointment was for 12:30 but after arriving on time we sat around and waited for FOUR hours before we were able to jump (they claimed they were "backed up" but never gave us a reason why. Real Arcade, after you purchase there games. They download your game, you play the demo, then if you like the game, you pay for with your credit card. No problem with that, its after you've played the game for a certain amount of time they take the game back. I just ordered several trousers from this company who, by the way advertises heavily, in the American Legion Magazine and many other popular mags. The material or trousers, jeans, was thinner than a regular cotton shirt. The material was so thin it reminded me of the throw away clothes you use for painting. The buttons did not snap. One of the pockets was riveted to the outside, so you could not use it and yes, I had to pay $13.00 to return the items. What a scam.
