Where do I begin. We began our vaccinations with Banfield and we had to go back a few times until they were complete. Turns out they have been charging my credit card for a while now. When I try to get a hold of someone on the phone, I'm put on hold for 30 minutes and then the call is hung up each time. I received my brand new refrigerator on April 23,2007. It was not working properly. It beeped every minute, 11 times, 24 hours a day. My husband and I had taken our Yorkie to PetSmart for grooming over 1 year ago and received TERRIBLE service. The grooming was awful (tips on ears unevenly cut, silky hair cut too short, visor was crooked, w/big chunks of hair missing, and his inner ear hair was not plucked as it should have been). I bought this machine in 2004. The machine worked well for about a year. Then the F signals starting to show up. I did some research on the internet. My wife and I have experienced problems with Shell. We feel we were lied to and sucked into buying a timeshare. We purchased 4500 at the Legacy in AZ. First they sit you down and tell you how the cost of hotels will go up each year. Then they tell you how your timeshare is a "great investment." The cost will save you thousands over the years. We bought our place 5 years ago and our contract was sold to Countrywide. We tried getting refinancing through them but was denied because someone had removed the HUD tags on the back of manufactured home. When the appraiser came out he told us that if we get an affidavit of a fixture that it should be enough but per Countrywide it wasn't. My question is: If we decide to sell the home our we going to be able to do so or our we going to be denied it because of the tags? Or is this something that is done in Arizona? After deciding to replace our kitchen counter we chose to purchase and install with Lowes, a solid surface Formica product.
