On May 08,2007 I signed up online for a Horizon credit card which to my knowledge I would be getting a master or visa card. I waited almost two weeks for it to arrive in the mail. You insist that the payment is made NO LATER than the THIRD of each month. Social Security is not deposited to elderly accounts until the third of each month. If we mail the payment we are charged $29.00 late fee. If we call and have the money deducted from our account we are charged $15.00 phone charge. We CANNOT win. I went through the hassle of doing all the registration (which took longer than the website said it would) and they wanted too much personal information! After registering when I tried to enter the code printed on the cup I kept getting an "whoops" message telling me to enter it exactly like it was printed. This rip off is a typical bait and switch. You are quoted a price for a service, as you continue on through the signing up process and come out the other end. Priority Relocations cheats people. They relocated me and my family across the country. We bought a house using one of 'their' realtor's (found out later not really theirs). What they don't tell you is that Priority Relocations gets a HUGE cut of the deal. I got a quote over the phone for health insurance for $185 per month and was told that I had to pay for 2 months in advance- to be charged after I had accepted the policy- even though I had to wait 2 weeks for a physical with their own nurse practitioner. I went to Wendys on my 30 minute lunch break to try to get a quick bite to eat. I was in the drive through for about 15 minutes before I get to the window to pay for my food. When I get there, I hand the lady my debit card, and she says that their debit card machine is not working. I tell her that I do not have any cash on me. So I can't get my food, and my lunch break is almost over, and I still have to go to another place and get something to eat, stand in line AGAIN, and then I was late getting back to work. Received a letter from TRS Recovery Services on April 9, 2007. They told me that I had wrote a bad check for $380.00 to a Wal Mart store number 5494. Wrote a letter to TRS, BBB and California Association of Collectors. Tried to call TRS. All I got was their computers. Told them that I live in Tucson, AZ. I was unfairly charged a labor fee of $75 because Enbridge argues that never got a note from my contractor showing repairs concerning a previous tag (boiler malfunction), which was repaired after on-time. Even the same day when my contractor replaced the old boiler unit they discovered a leak from the gas meter and notified Enbridge immediately. Today is May 9, 2007 and I still haven't received verification from the sponsors. Once again I am asking myself why the heck did I ever go to Best Buy!! I mailed an OVERPAYMENT of $200 to the retail services so I could begin paying my debt back quickly.
