I hired Bellew Renovations, Inc to put a deck with a roof attached to my house. The total job was estimated out to cost about $25,500. I would like to complain about a Billy Mays TV add for the Samuri Shark Knife Sharpener. The ad said the order would be doubled for the cost of shipping and handling. It was too good to be true. I recently purchased a couple of chicken burritos at a Taco Bell (6/11/2007) at store number 002987. When eating, apparently there was a small bone like object in the burrito, and it broke a molar. I contacted Taco Bell on numerous occasions, as well as Yum! Brands Inc. Apparently, they need the bone or whatever it was to compensate my dental bills. There is a web site called www.boxsoftwares.com that spam text messages my cell phone several times per month. I DO NOT get free text messages and I have no way of blocking the spammer. They take money from you. When the lady called me, she said I had won a phone. That was a lie and did not know I was being recorded. Their Customer Support is an absolute joke. Our cellular tower is down again - for about the 4th time in 3 months. Can't make or receive any cellular calls. I have to drive 15 minutes away to get on another Sprint tower just to contact Customer Support. I was just on hold for 25 MINUTES and then they disconnected me!!! I purchased a very expensive washer and dryer a few years ago that was h an energy star. After I bout it they pulled it form the market and I found out they had been receiving many complaints about the product prior to the model I purchased. Cingular Wireless (the new AT&T) Cingular/AT&T rips consumers off who use their plan through charging you .45 cents a minute even if you begin a phone call 1 minute before your actual nights and weekend minutes begin. So I have had a website with Web.com for over 5 years now. Sales and support were friendly and they helped me upload my site, and I was gratified to see it working. But I found the hosting service to be arcane and instruction, and after initially putting up the site, didn't do much with it. United Airlines O' Hare airport, Chicago Ilinois, Hertz renta car. My 4:55 flight was cancelled on 7-29-07. Then my 8:00 PM. was cancelled. I spent 24 hours at O'Hare before leaving I finally left on 7-30-07 at 8:00 am. They told us it was weather related. There was nothing wrong with the weather. My 92 year old mother ordered a FlavorWave oven from Thane after seeing their infomercial. She received the oven but did not receive the $59.85 Chef's Kit that she ordered with it. Do not use Lingo or other VoIP Phone services for your business! Lingo has been unable to provide quality phone service for my business over the last three years. I have had to call their tech assist (in India) monthly and sometimes weekly to "tune" the IP router and their settings to reduce echoing and noisy connections. Took my dog to this hospital to get nails trimmed. He has to be sedated for this so I had to leave him there for two hours. When I picked him up his right was bulging out of his head! Just thought to share our bad experience with Spa de Soleil. My wife had ordered the sauna shower spa equipment from this vendor last year. It's supposed to have both the regular shower and steam function. After we had this unit assembled together by a professional, we were told that the unit only has the shower mode and not both. This seller thrives on the eBay environment by selling used items promoted as slightly used / refurbished and charging unreasonable shipping. The seller is quite skilled at providing poor customer service after selling misrepresented items. The junk sold is usually not work shipping back for a refund if there is an issue. If you do you will not get the refund unless you give a bad review. Recently I unfortunately purchased some windows from Champion Windows out of Albany, NY. My wife and I stopped by their showroom (very impressive) and spoke with a representative who took us through a series of testing booths & demonstrations.
