Last Oct my son bought a computer at the Best Buy Store in Mankato, MN. We were going to charge it on a normal credit card. The sales person said we have free financing for 6 months, no interest charge, no late fees. I asked does this have anything to do with HSBC because I had a bad experience with them before. Oh no, Best Buy has their own finance co., this has nothing to do with HSBC. Well, we paid it off the end of March, it was due April 15th. Now we are getting bills for late fees, because we didnt make a payment every month. We were told as long as we paid it off by April 15th there would not be any charges. We were lied too, and now we are being harassed by HSBC. What can we do about it, they charge late fees, on late fees. I did not ever want to do business with them and now we are stuck.
