The reason they told, I have not taken supply for the past 1 and half a month or so. This is because they are denying the supply. I bought Voltas Window AC. when the machine was delivered, the FILL of the unit was damaged and the gas pipe were having problem on tree places. I bought this unit from DK Vision, Malviya Nagar, New delhi, India and they refused to change the system. The movers showed up late. Later on in the day, the man in charge demaned a tip. I told him I didn't have any cash on me. He asked me to go to the bank. I told him that I had no transportation. I had to leave early to return to Georgia. As soon as I left the man in charge told my Mother that I authorized her to give them a tip. I did not. Gratuties not tips, are given at the end of a service. Not during. The men then slowed down there pace and left the apartment without all of my Mother's furniture. Today, early morning i activated Mobile Office Service by mistake. suddenly i call to the customer care and request them to correct my mistake and deactivate this service but i got the reply that even if you do this by mistake then also you have to pay for this service and monthly charges you must pay. I called Carolina Pool Plastering concerning a hair line crack found in our pool several days after they plastered our pool. I was told the owner handles these problems and was on the other line and would call me back. That was yesterday June 29, 2006. Surprise- you got it he never called. T-mobile wireless service: Received new Samsung phone when I renewed contract for 2 yrs. Phone not working well. Since it was more than 15 days later, store told me to send phone back to co. & would receive replacement for only $15 postage. Salesman looked at my phone at that time. I did received another phone only to be billed $106.00 for it. When I contacted customer service, they told me my phone had been "liquid damaged". On 7/2/2006, Kirk Hudson sold us the Southerland Dreamliner twin mattress 'set'. We picked it up ourselves, but only after getting home did we discover that the mattress 'set' was not the expected mattress and box spring, but mattress and box platform--no springs--just wood, cardboard, and fabric! I recently visited Ace Hardware and now I cannot sleep from the nightmare that unfolded while I was there. The Pet Department was filled with cages of dogs, puppies, cats, kittens, rabbits, etc. They were all sleeping. I clapped at their cages trying for a response from an animal. I barked, meowed and more. Not one animal moved even an eye. Finally a store clerk came over to assist me. He did not understand what I wanted. The clerk opened a cage of a baby rabbit. I'm a 37 year old single women that went to pick up a grill. I finally got someone to help me get it in the back of my truck. We got it on the tail gate, asked for assistance to bungie it down. He said 'It's in the truck' and walked away. I've had both hips replaced and numerous back problems and that ercked me. I switched from home depot to Lowes' because of thier customer neglect. The long sad tale of Donna's dented freezer door: If my novel, doesn't sell on Ebay, perhaps I could sell refrigerator doors? Of course I'd have to put them in the 'stranger than fiction' category. Three times (since march) the stalwart factory service representatives have ordered me (on warranty) a replacement for the freezer side door of my new fridge which arrived dented. I bought a sofa set from Levitz furniture (14640 NE 24th St, Bellevue, WA) on June 4, 2006 and paid in full on the same date. It took them a month to deliver all the items. When they finally delivered the center table and end tables on July 2, 2006, the glasses that goes on top of the ceter table were missing. Now a day's with this advancement in technology! Any one can cheat you if you are not awaken! Tata Indicom is a well known brand. Every one is aware of it. But I haven't expected such a bad experience in their site www.tataindicombroadband.co.in. Their payment gateway is complete shit. It shows your transaction is failed but the money is swiped out of my card. Even after the month they are not responding to my complaint. I purchased a King Hickory sofa and chair with ottoman with the down wrap comfort package from Karen's Furniture at their Quakertown store. I was mailing out marketing postcards for my company. Was running out of time so I decided to use a mailing company a postal service to do it for me. The postcards are odd size so the cost would be 39 cents for each and I had 738 cards on top of that I would pay 5 cents on each card for the service. Total $324.72 Ok... I pay them for getting my postcards out in time....or.....Until... I start to get them back into my mail box....they where mailed out with a 24cent stamps....not the 39c that I payed for. The post office between benton, Louisiana and thermopolis, wyoming. I recently mailed out two boxes to my mother containing baby items for my sisters little newborn baby girl, including new items and some of my son's outgrown items also family heirlooms. It was in a 10 gallon aquarium box filled with 20 pounds of baby items. One box made it there days later and the 14th of April. They were mailed out on April 11th. We had an agreement with Enfocus photography to provide a glamour photo session as a fundraiser for our Girl Scout Troop. The agreement was that we would sell coupons to customers and they would provide the photo shoot. Their policy is to send them $5 per coupon sold as a deposit. I have been a consumer of Rave hairspray also since as long as I can remember. A few years ago, they changed it (with a bigger nozzle) and too much comes out and makes your hair too wet. This is disaster for someone with naturally curly hair who blows it out straight. Then you spray the new Rave on it and it goes curly again....not good. In April I have bought '800-SUPER' $5 calling card (112 minutes, no maintenance fee and no connection fees). Their customer service number is 1-800-926-3571. During first two weeks I have made three short calls: 10 minutes, 16 minutes, and 12 minutes. While calling I have noticed that the rate per minute is nearly 50% higher than the advertised rate (advertised rate - 4.5c/min, actual rate - 7c/min). This is an addendum to my earlier complaint about Comcast phone service in Montgomery County, Maryland. Since I recorded that complaint, problems have worsened. Comcast has scheduled and failed to keep two appointments, trapping me at home for six hours, to no avail. I hate how hard AOL has made it now to download your pictures. They use to have nice Albums that you could decorate. Now you have to drag your pictures to get them in the spot you want to make your Album. UPGRADE my foot. Every time they upgrade something on AOL it is worst. I had BPL mobile post paid sim with STD facility. On discontinuation, I was supposed to get refund of 2000 rs. I had changed my address of communication and submitted a 'change of address' request personally to BPL office. For one year I have not recieved any refund, on enquiry they say they have send draft to old address. The draft was handed to some unknown person as the signature on recieved receipt are not mine. No one is doing anything about this at BPL office. Although thedraft has not been encashed, they refuse to issue a new draft. This is sheer carelessness on part of BPL mobile. ATT Worldnet notified me by mail that ISP (Internet Service Provider) service for all of Puerto Rico (where I live) would be discontinued in Jan 2002. I called the company to cancel my account and ask for a referral to another ISP service. Well, so much for a name brand appliance -- the compressor in the Kitchen Aid refrigerator failed after less than 3 years -- actually it has been malfunctioning for the last 8 months, but the first 'fix' Kitchen Aid had was to replace a part (solenoid) that wasn't under warranty at our cost ($150). It worked again (noisily) for a couple months then failed. Called Kitchen Aid extended warranty at 1-800-239-5980 on June 6, 2006. The owner announced he was closing an hour early after I'd driven an hour to look at fabrics in this small but overpriced shop. I have been a customer of Blockbuster.Com for 2 years now. I actually have the max account of 8 out at a time for $39.99 a month. In December of 2005 someone jacked my card (the same I use at Blockbuster.com) and opened a new account at Blockbuster.com. So I was being charged $39.99 and 19.99 a month. They also opened an AOL account with the same card in Feb. Unfortunately I didn't notice these charges until late April. I called my bank and closed the card.
