Comcast Internet Services has the worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. It all started 3 weeks ago when a contractor doing work at my neighbors house (where the Comcast utility box is located) cut the DSL line which goes from the Comcast box to my house. I needed a phone number. PhoneAgent runs an internet service promising a search for $1.00 with a guarantee to refund the $1.00 if they do not have the information. This turns out to be a credit for another search. Maxis has the worst Internet service in the country. The signal strength is very slow and weak most of the time. And the connection is usually disrupted and gets cut off while using the internet. The signal strength is usually at 50 kbs - 75 kbs and hardly reaches 1 Mbs. I have had U-Verse installed for a little over 6 months. Within this time, I have contacted technical support for my TV and Internet at least one per month. My wireless connectivity is intermittent.
