I've been hosting with hostlane for about 5 years. For the first 4, they were great. If I had a problem, which rarely happened, I'd call them and they would fix it. The Customer Service of Airtel Post Paid Card is very poor. The Signals are very low and most of the time the phone is not reachable. The 24 hours customer service is also not to the mark as one has to wait for a minimum of 25 minutes to speak to a Customer Service Executive once you get through the connection. Purchased outfit on friday afternoon, tried to return it on Tuesday afternoon because the store is closed on Sunday and Monday and was told by the owner that she does not take returns. No where in the store is there a sign stating that. The receipt states no return on evening wear and this shop according to owner is such, but never prior to me paying and getting a receipt did I know of the no return policy. I attempted to respond to a survey which suggests a 2500 shopping spree. The survey questions were endless and required that I sign on to at least one offer to participate in this spree. It explicitly states on the sales receipt no purchase necessary therefore why is it necessary that I must accept one of the offers. I view this as misleading and bordering on fraudulent. I live in Orange County, CA and was stuck in San Diego, CA due to car trouble. I had to phone my boyfriend by calling from a payphone and having it billed to my home telephone number. I just got the bill from Legacy and it is ridiculous. For 10 minute I was charged $17.80, 3 minute $10.97 and for 5 minutes I was charge $25.75. The less time I talked the more they charged. The game that Savemart has going has certain cards on the end with numbers that could be drawn to win. The game card says to go to savemart.com to find out details about winners, however, there is no game button to push. I spend a lot of my paycheck shopping at savemart and I feel that they have let me down as a consumer. Sears has no intention of honoring their "hassle free return within 30 days " policy. I purchased a lawnmower from sears and it worked for 15 minutes. Re: Hutch Mobile I have not received the hard copy of my bills for previous month nor the soft copy on my email id. I have spoken to call center several times regarding this issue but every time they give me an assurance that you will receive your e bill by end of the day. I have paid the amount of previous month by receiving the message from Hutch care but till now I don't have any idea of the call charges. My house hold items and Car - Maruti 800 transferred by Times packers & movers from Bangalore to Pune on 06/11/06 were received at Pune with lot of damages. Particularly my above said Car received on 09.11.06 morning was with severe damage on front area where the windscreen glass, right headlamp, bonnet, door, fender and A-post were greatly damaged in transit.
