They charged my account $12.95. I never even heard of them.

I too am getting charged a monthly fee. I didn't sign up for anything. I don't have any idea what I clicked to get my email address trapped by them. Perhaps through some affiliate marketer. I already have a legitiate credit monitoring service and would have had no need or interest in clicking even a "free credit report" button. I call the phone number listed on my credit card (the fact that they have my credit card number is really scary)and it is a fax number. I plan on sending a fax, but expect no response. I am reporting them to the credit card company and getting my card number changed.

I had inadvertently subscribed to credit checking services when going on line for my 'free' credit report. I have been able to stop 2 of the 3 companies making these monthly and unauthorized deductions but was given a phone number for this one that actually belongs to an All State Insurance Customer Service Desk that claims to be none to happy about receiving all of these misdirected calls. I would be happy to learn how to pursue further.

My Visa got charged $11.95 for something (that to the best of my knowledge) I never ordered from MNI Credit report services.

I have never contacted or used this company and somehow they have gotten my credit information and are automatically debiting 9.95 per month out of my account. I called 1-866-408-4016 and was kept on hold for 15 minutes then someone answered and hung up on me. This happened 4 times. I will have to stop payment at my bank.
