I had raised a fault 2 weeks back about my frequent internet disconnection which was conveniently closed by the field engineers stating that they called up my phone number and got verification that the complaint no longer exits! The number they mentioned was bogus as I am not sure from where they have got that. I re-opened the complained and inspite of daily followup with their call center, things are as it is. They keep on promising that they will escalate the issue not nothing happens. Nobody even visited by house to check the problem.
They are as bad as BSNL service, at least BSNL is cheaper as compared to Reliance. read full review »

This game, NHL2008, is a complete rip off. EASports' website advertises all these large changes in store for this year's version, however they don't mention that the changes are only in console versions of the game. The PC version remains almost the exact same as NHL2007 with (slightly) updated rosters. The Sango coffee cup model # 4933 ( china ), has a defect hairline crack from upper ream to below handle on three of the cups in the set. The defect did not become noticeable until after 90 days. I am not expecting compensation because of the delay in reporting but feel you should become aware of this faulty merchandise. read full review »

I have a prepaid connection with Airtel since last 5 to 6 years. Recently Airtel deducted close to Rs 1100+ from my prepaid a/c balance on pretext that I have downloaded games. Here I am presenting sequence of events followed by my experience with their contact center executives (bottom to Top).
1. Around 15'th of August till about 30'th August, I received several SMS'es saying Thank you for using AirtelLive. I realized a little later that close to Rs 1100 has been deducted from my A/C balance.

I bought an out of the box unit. Did not get the usually ink cartridges that are found in a bix and NOT TOLd that if the printer ink supply was low, they would not give a replacement. The drivers and manuals given to me ere from someone else's box, I assume, since they were not for my model.

After 3 years the company does not back up the unit. They do store parts and offer no solution. Other than hanging up the phone on you. Service and support is key a company success and they are lacking. The did not even try to sell me a new one! Go figure, mine is not working and they did not offer to sell me one.

In July 2007 I purchased a 1GB Flash Memory Drive from Consumer Depot. When I opened the box it did not work. It was completely dead. In addition, it was obviously not new, there was no original packaging and there was some tape gunk stuck to the side of it.
On their website there was no mention of the fact that what I was ordering was a used unit. This is fraud.
I attempted to contact them to obtain a replacement or refund and they refused to do anything. read full review »

We lost phone service on 7-24-2007. After numerous e-mails and calls to report our outage it has not been taken care of. They were advised someone is here 24-7. I have 2 elderly ladies one 90 and one 80 who cannot use cell phone and are in need of medical attention regularly. It has been impossible for me to leave the house as a result my income has suffered greatly. I have filed with FCC and SCC so far nothing. Please dont put yourself in this position. Ever since we made a new account with this company we would have to call to get our gas tank filled, which was okay with us. The problems began shortly after during the summer of 2004 when we called up and did not come for 2 or 3 weeks until we called again. So at least twice a year we have to boil water to take showers because we would call, the gas runs out and they won't come.

I recharged my cell no. 9867433160 with an amt of Rs.40 on 31st August, as i was running short of talk time. To my surprise the talk time balance was not updated. When i contacted the airtel customer service they said Airtel had launched an old scheme wherein if you recharge with an amt of Rs.40/- the std calls were charged at the rate of Rs.1 per call. Ordered two Samurai Shark buy one get one free $10.00 each with a set of 2 Shears free, and the French Chef's Knife $9.95, the lady said first set with knife was $7.95 Postage and Handling and $4.95 for the second set (Just the 2 Shears). My invoice shows $20.00 for the two sets and $9.95 For the French Chef's Knife. Postage and Handling was $56.60 total of $86.55, Instead of $42.85, more than twice the amount of the order. They were 2.5 hours late because the driver did not speak english and could not find his way around. I had to have him follow me everywhere so he wouldn't get lost. Instead of saying our order number in a regular voice the woman working at the food section began to scream at the top of her lungs the order numbers. May 2006 I contracted with Lowes in Schenectady, New York for the install of 800 square feet of carpeting in my basement. The install also included to the top of the stairs but not the landing. There is a metal threshold at the top of the landing separating the carpet from the non carpet. I also ordered a commercial grade carpet thinking it would wear better since I have three young children.

Last month, they had a couple of guests who placed international calls to Spain and Switzerland. Most of the calls lasted only one minute per call. Only a handful of the calls lasted more than a minute. The international calls summed up to 189 minutes and amounted to $905.71 (excluding local calls, taxes, etc.)

I was charged 14.95 for a month of AP9*24 ProtectionPlus. I did not order this so I called and was told after I paid for the initial service this plan went into effect 7 days later if I didn't cancel. I was never informed of this plan and can find no where in there terms and conditions anything about this either. I guess once they have your bank info your at their mercy.

Every time I get assurance that it will be OK in next 2-3 days, but nothing has happened and now I am fed up thinking to surrender the connection.
