Since I took connection I was not able to use internet regularly. First time it was due to the fault of my machine. Afterwards several times I had to complain about non connection to the main server. Once I told them I was copying the text in the chat and would post it online, they found a way to get a supervisor to cancel it. Then they asked for a security word, which they had wrong.
