I ordered flowers from Proflowers.com on Feb 2, 2008. Paid an extra 10 bucks to have guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day. Valentine's day came and went with no delivery. Called proflowers.com customer service the next day. They refunded the money to my credit card but not even a sorry or what can we do to make it right. Wife was disappointed. I was a new customer. I needed a housecleaning for an event. The 2 housekeepers did not show up. I called the office who said they had no way of contacting their employees. I live in a rural California county where there are limited ISPs. At the time that I signed up for Wildblue, it was the ISP of last resort -- and now I can see why. If there is any kind of weather, my internet service is slower than dial-up or unavailable altogether. Since the conversion to Google, I have been without email and cannot login or reach technical support. If you can't login, you can't change the password! I am a college student, working full time. I purchased a phone from American telephone. The total rebate for the phone is $50.00. Ok first off, this product has been hyped up by the media for a few years now and I must say, when I began using the product I became more and more disappointed. We hired Relocation Van Lines to pack move our belongings out of state. In order to not have any surprise charges, we had a representative from the company come to our home to look at our belongings to provide an accurate estimate for the move. The movers showed up as contracted on the move date and began to pack our belongings. All of this seemed to be fine. Tried ordering flowers from Bloomex.ca for my wife's birthday ... order never arrived. Called customer service 5 times... they claimed the card used was declined - but when I called Visa, no attempt was ever made to bill the card. The real problem here is that phone calls are answered by a CALL CENTER THAT CAN'T HELP YOU AT ALL. They send 'messages' to 'production'.... Also, THEY CAN'T TELL WHERE AN ORDER IS AT ANY GIVEN TIME. We have a 2-in-1 washer/dryer (w/d) that required service back in early December 2007. We purchased the appliance from Best Buy and bought an extended warranty on the appliance. I have a complaint against the company FotoConnection.com. I called the company to place an order for a Sony A700 digital camera. The saleperson Jason informed me that all manual and internal instructions on their body only cameras are in Chinese, Japanese or French. But if I buy the much more expensive bundled package, they are in English. I find this to be misrepresenting since it is not indicated on their website. In Jan. 08 while delivering PODS units to my new home, the delivery truck broke through my septic tank lid. The damage amounted to $815.00. This was caused by negligence on the drivers part. The septic tank was visible and should have been checked before driving over. In addition no spotter was employed. A spotter is required. The franchise owner from Savannah offered to pay half. I rejected this offer and feel they should pay the full bill. Recommend you do not use PODS as the national company will not support their customers.
