My maytag door doesn't go all the way down. Model number MDBH955AWS. A&E service has been out to my house many times. One tech said that the door isn't suppose to go all the way down. In the beginning of January, Google advertised an online money-making program. In which they would send a cd, I paid for the postage and handling and receive the cd, but decided not to get into it because when I went to their website I found that other people were being ripped off for $49.95. I sent an email and called them and told them I didn't want the program. I also called my credit card company and told them not to charge my card for this program. A bill showed up on our Verizon Telephone bill at home in Massachusetts for a total of $7.50 for a 10-15-15-800 call to a telephone information service that we never used. It was for $5.49 plus tax and carrier admin. fee. We never made that call. I called OAN and they said it would take up to 2 months to credit my account to correct for the discrepancy.
