Do not buy from this company
I brought a door gym from asseenontvguys.com . I was alway for a month and when I got home I opened the package to find that the door gym had broken parts in the box. The equiptment was useless with the broken pieces. I returned the package to the company (paying for the mail) and emailed them about the situtation. All I wanted to a new one that worked. They RUDELY replied that since it was pasted the 30 days they will do nothing and mailed the broken equiptment back to me. This company has no morals and will have no problem screwing anyone over for a buck. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from them.

Wish I'd seen these reviews before I ordered
I ordered three Bell & Howell Solar Animal Repellers. I received a confirmation email the same day, and an email saying the order was shipped the next day - I also received a notice from UPS that a shipping label had been printed but the package had not been received for shipment. I checked the tracking number after a few days and it showed the package still hadn't been received. I emailed the "asseenontvguys" contact address and received no reply. I decided to wait a few more days, checked again, got the same answer and emailed again. I also called the UPS 800 number and received the same answer. I'm now quite sure I've been scammed. I may still try to call the New Jersey number and if I receive no satisfaction, I can still dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Very poor customer service
I received a GT Xpress 101 Deluxe and used it all of 4 times before it quit working. I contacted the company and they quickly wrote me back asking me to try several different things before returning the product. It did not work and they told me to ship it back. I asked how to ship it and they said UPS and that I was responsible for the shipping. I was very upset that I had to pay an extra $12 dollars to ship something back that was sent to me defective. They said basically it was to bad and that was just how it was. Very patronizing to me and very poor customer service. Will not use them again!

Don't buy from them
I paid for an item frolm their site. Item did not arrive. Terrible customer service experience. No way to contact by phone and electronic attempts have failed.

Received one short, nameless email response and none after that...

Scam artists
I bought a Hungry Piggy Bank from these people for my son and it did not work. I put brand new batteries in, tried feeding it different size coins - EVERYTHING. The sensor seemed to be defective. I wrote them back and they told me I have to send the item back and gave me tedious specific instructions to follow, which I did down to the last step. I was really upset to learn that I had to spend the extra money to ship their broken junk back to them. The worse part was that this was for my 2 year old son. I had to give him the bank and then take it back from him, which he was very upset and confused about. A week went by and no word from them, so I e-mailed and they said it takes 5-6 business days to process a return and that they would contact me when my item arrived. Another week went by and still no word from these scammers. So I emailed again and they said they never recieved my item! YEAH RIGHT! NEVER ORDER FROM THESE THIEVES AGAIN. It should be your first clue to never order from any company that makes you responsible for shipping back damaged goods. My son still asks me what happened to his piggy bank and when "the Man" is gonna fix it and give it back. WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

Unconditional Money Back Guarantee
I ordered the Canada Green grass seed, followed planting instructions to a "T", even tested my soil it was PH 6.5.
The grass browned out and died within weeks of planting it. I contacted asseenontvguys.com for a full refund as the product has an "Unconditional Money Back Guarantee".
They have never replied to my emails nor have they given me a refund. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE. They DO NOT live up to their guarantee of refunds. The company takes your money and runs. BEWARE BUYERS!!

this website does switch and bait they advertise As seen on Tv products but ships you counterfit merchadise.

Bad customer service
Let me start by saying that part of this problem is probably my fault.

I ordered online from this company and received the product in an undamaged box so I wrapped it as a present. When the present was opened at Christmas the item was found broken.

On 12/26 I started calling and sending e-mails to the company at least three of each. I received no answer to anything even after their answering machine insured someone would call back.

The BBB in the area attempted to mediate for me but all I received was their 15 day return policy.

Please be wary of, asseenontvguys.com or any company that makes NO attempt at personal contact to try and settle a customers problem. These type of companies DO NOT deserve our business.
