After signing up to have my small business's website developed, Heritage charged my credit card in three installments. After waiting for a month and not even getting as far as their design department, I cancelled my contract. They told me I could only get less than 1/2 of what I paid back due to set up fees. They also made a charge against my credit card after I cancelled service with them. When I complained to a so called sales supervisor, he told me that if I complained to other people about their service they would sue me. I am still waiting for a refund. What a joke of a company.
I have filed a dispute with the credit card company and have filed a fraud complaint against them.
