voice chat pack activated without informing me

TATA INDICOM MOBILE SERVICE Complaints - voice chat pack activated without my request

my number is 9254791545
I received sms regarding voice chat pack activated in mobile but I haven't applied for such service. When contact customer care no information was provided to me that when and how it was activated
I had also sent many mails to their nodal officer to solve my problem but the problem is still pending .

Complaint number was 141566

So The last solution i found is
Not to pay my all Tata bills this month and going to disconnect the Numbers .

SMS Not Send

My Mobile No. is 9214591111 in the name of Vivek Parashar, Udaipur. I just want to complain that the services of the company are worst.
Inspite of various Complaints I Didnt get the resolution. The problem is that I m unable to send SMS at perticular time. The customer care responce is" This is a system Error & we cant help it Out".
The Technical team take the pain but they failed The Responce From a Technical Person with Mobile No.9214309909 comment" I cant do anything else I had changed a Hardware at my BTS worth Rs. 12, 00, 000" Is the Responce ok...
They even dont want to check the problem.
Over all my conclusion is the company fails to provide the Services...
The company with the worst services is TATA INDICOM.
The worst Customer Care is of TATA INDICOM.
The Complaint Resolution is worst in TATA INDICOM.
I had take the connection by Mistake but I Request Others Not even think about the Services of Tata Teliservices
The Company if Fraud...
The Employee's are Fraud...
