If you have not seen your refund for the 79.95 installation fee charge please send an e-mail to [email protected] and we will reimburse, if we haven't already. this charge was the result of an audit that was conducted toward the end of 2007. It was thought by some in the company that we should have been charging a standard installation fee, when the promo at that time was for free "Standard Installation". This is not the same thing as a custom installation such as a "pole mount" or trenching or any number of other things that the local installer might do for the customer. Those are fees assessed by the local installer and he keeps those funds for his extra work.
