In October 2007 I purchased a 2 year cell phone contract with T-Mobile from a Simply Wireless stand at Landmark Mall Alexandria. However, the voice mail set-up did not work. They sold me a one-year maintenance agreement which included 2 service visits. They provided one but refused to honor the other one because more than 12 months had passed since I purchased the contract. I am constantly and daily being called by MCM for a bill I never owed with a company I never did business with. I sent them the paper work they requested and still they call me and tell me to pay the balance which they have dropped from 900.00 to 585.00. I can not get a word in with the person I am forced to speak with and I can't understand him. Now I am forced to involve an attorney for a bill I never owed. It makes me sick. Called for yearly maintenance service for heat pump. Customer service person told me that I had 2 free maintenance services before 12/08. For the past 6 months or so, i have been experiencing serious quality and covergae issues. Call dropping, No coverage during peak hours have become too frequent. There are days i can't talk for longer than 2 minutes before the call gets dropped. I have made several attempts to contact Clear Wire to cnacell service and even after returning my modems I still have been unable to cancell. It took numerous phone call for Clear wire to acknowlege they had made a mistake in recorded serial numbers and toll me the problem was resolved. Not. After receiving numerous spam email solicitations I have unsubscribed several times but I still continue to receive these same spam emails. The unsubscribe information says to allow 10 days to be removed from their data base and I would no longer receive spam from them, but it's going on a month & I'm still receiving 50 to 85 per day. I don't have time to continuously unsubscribe to all of the spam, especially since I have already done it several times. I sent the item Fluke DSP4100 cable analyzer to June Company August 2007 and made the advance payment of $4, 500 November, received the item March 2008 but it was not repaired at all.
