Paid for the order, I never got it
I ordered a phone case from a reputable, well known auction site in June for a G'Zone cellphone. I paid for the order with my debit card, and waited for the order to come but I never got it. they just kept sending me an email every month that said it was backordered. The last one was in October and haven't heard from them again. I tried calling the company but it says the mailbox is full and I tried the website but is no longer a working website. They steal your money, don't buy from them.

Product not received money taken
I place an order of 3 cell phone cases with cellular blowout. I did not receive them. They took my money. Why and how could someone do this. The cases was suppose to be Christmas presents. I ordered them on December 3, 2010. Plenty of time. I have called them many times left messages and now their phone is no longer in service. I have also emailed them. A couple went through so I know they received them but again they don't go through. I read a post saying they changed there web address. I have tried that as well nothing. Please help.

Ordered phone cover in june 2010,have not recieved yet
Ordered a phone cover in june 2010, they debited my debit card already and as of today. I have tried to call and email them several times, they keep telling me that they it or that its on back order.when i call i always get the same message ( that the mail box is full and they are not taking any more messages at this time.) how full can a mail box get. i email them and get the answer that my order has been sent and that it is on back order, all in the same message.thanks for any help.

Money Scam
A year ago I ordered an unlocked phone from Cellular Blowout (I had ordered in the past and was very happy). Not at all the case this time! They were quick to process the payment but we were told the phone was "out of stock". This went on for 3 months. We selected another phone and then they sent a TOTALLY different phone of a much lesser value and used at that. Finally I returned the phone for the credit exactly as I was told. No Refund was ever processed. I have been lied to. 1st their CCard machine wasn't working and then on & on. I even went to the extent of contacting Motorola to let them know their name was being tarnished by this scam company. I see now that their website is not active so I can only hope they are finally out of business. Never got a phone and out the money! I hope "Kelsey" in their customer service department slept well at night for all the lies she told us!

Took my money, no order
Cellular-Blowout is a fraud. I ordered my son two faceplates to put in his stocking for Christmas and never received them. I have called them several time and all I get is an answering machine. I leave messages, but they never call back. They took my money on 12/17/10. I am out $24, and my poor son had to get an IOU in his stocking due to these dis honest people. This is not right. I have order things on line for years without any problems, but now to this company, I am worried about making anymore orders.

Rip off
Cellular-Blowout is a rip off. I ordered a Motorola Razr V3, unlocked from them. They claim to have shipped the order and sent me a tracking number. I tried to crack the shipment and the post office says they received notice a package was going to be shipped but they have not received a package.

They have not sent my order
I placed an order with Cellular Blowout but it has not arrived. When I tried to email customer service it came back undeliverable.
What a bunch of crooks. I guess I should have checked the reviews before ordering from a company I wasn't familiar with.
I find it hard to beleive that they are stil able to operate. I guess if enough people post a complaint someone will do something about these frauds. I am trying to do my part.Does anyone know a real email address for these people? I need to find a way to make this right. The child that I ordered this for certainly not going to understand

No refund
Cellular-Blowout took my money back in April, never sent me the cell phone and will NOT refund my $155.80!! I have sent numerous e-mail messages and call to no avail since May. I am going to go on every shopping search on-line and BLAST this company until I get a refund!!
Any suggestions on what else can be done would be greatly appreciated. I will look here again for suggestions. And, I have read that this company continues it fraudulent advertising and want to see them put out of business if this is what they are all about!

No refund
Cellular blowout was quick to take the money out of my account, and claimed the phones were in stock and ready to ship upon payment. I received an email 9 days after payment stating the phones were stocked out and will be shipped upon arrival. 30+ days later, still not shipped. I emailed customer service regularly and received little help. After 30+ days I asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund of my money. The lady responded with confirmation of cancellation. Yet it has been another 30+ days and I still haven't been refunded. I try emailing and calling and receive no help. Today I called and the phone number has been disconnected. This business is worthless and completely full of crap. It is not okay to steal from people and this is what cellular blowout is doing. They take money within 48 hours and never ship the goods or give refunds. The customer service is terrible as well. It seems that they have been trained to say the bare minimum to achieve the idea of hope and deception. This company needs put under and forced to close it's doors. Deception and stealing are bull and if I did it I would be prosecuted and placed in jail.

Refuse to refund
I ordered two cell phones a month ago and i should receive it in about a week or so. After two weeks finally got an email saying my order is in back order blah blah so i was pissed and wanted to cancel my order and refund my money. I went to their website open the ticket thing there's no way you cant actually contact through phone only message chelsey or kelsey whatever her name is anyways i was told i would get my money back in 4-7 business days and days and weeks gone by and still she kept apologizing for delay and will re-send the refund. still yet no hope of getting the money back. theres nothing u can do to resolve this matter. I learned my lesson from ordering online and reading all complaints!!!*** a little to late.About two years i ordered sony ericcson form CB and i received it not sure why their lacking and scamming people now. hmm I took control and changed my credit card account number so that they will never unauthorized charged.Many people got charge on their credit card for reason from them, take action everyone save yourself from heartache!!! Don't ever let them take your money again!!! Come to this website and read complaints before ordering merchants online its best to go to the store and buy it !!!
