Horrible customer service. Danner gave them a credit so that they would give me a refund, and they refused. I talked to an extremely rude man who told me that he would charge me 50% to "restock". Not only was he extremely rude/uncooperative/loud, HE WAS THE OWNER. I asked to speak to someone who could speak to me more nicely, he told me no one else could help me, he was the owner. In August 2007 we purchased a Craftsman 4 Ton low profile service jack. In March 08 we returned the jack because it was leaking oil and would not hold the weight of a small car. This company has non-exist customer support. I have been trying to receive information of upgrading their system from the 2007 version to the 2008 version.
