Guardian Security will trick you into a 3 yr Contract. They will tell you, that the contract is for 1 year, turns out, that if you don't read, its 3 YRS!!! I tried canceling because I have Vonage as a phone service, instead of a land line. To cancel they are charging me over $1400 for the equipment. That is insane! I told them they can have it back. Aaron lied by making promises that they did not keep. When their representative came to assess our move and give us a quote, he told us that all of our furnishings would be shrink wrapped. Nothing was shrink wrapped, resulting in the damage of a 60" Sony television. Instead of paying for it, they are saying that as far as they know, the set was broken when they picked it up. Do not buy from Dakmart, they have sent me B stock in the past and my last purchase was DOA. they will not answer questions unless you file a complaint against them then they are rude and sarcastic. Their shipping is inflated, their invoice on the box does not match what you paid. Stay away fro Dakmart, complain to the FTC and USPS Fraud Dept if the use USPS. Make sure you file with Paypal if you use Paypal. I have never has so much sarcasms from one company. Slow shipping i order a lot of parts on the Internet and this company is the slowest. Don't believe it check out there tracking page. It takes ten days before you can track your order and then they say up to three days to respond to your request. Do not order from this company. DAS is the worst! I got my car shipped from Minneapolis, MN to Seattle, WA in Feb 2008. It took them 4 weeks to arrive. They promised within two weeks. When my car arrived, there were scratches on the doors, dents and was very dirty. There were 100 miles more on it then when I dropped it off. I believe ASURION Insurance Company and Verizon Wireless are intentionally miss leading its customers. Today I had my phone (Motorola Q) examined by a Verizon Wireless technician. TSA Tours promised accomodations in the Amazon in Peru as "rooms with air-conditioning and private bathrooms and all the comforts of home". After travelling one hour by small boat to the lodge, the rooms had no electricity, no hot water, and, of course, no air conditioning. I brought my car in to be washed after noticing that vandals had thrown eggs on it. On checking in, the order person told me that eggs were hard to remove, so I asked him if they were going to be able to get it off. He said yes, and said we could send it through again if needed. I bought a new hot tub in September 2002. If you read around, EVERYONE that bought a hot tub from Thermospas in the fall of 2002 has had major problems with it. The acrylic process that they used was faulty. I was told that it was their suppliers fault, and that they have a law suit pending against them. And this is my problem?? Why?? I should have known it was going to be a dump when I went in the office and it smelled of smoke and the owner was laying on the sofa smoking and watching TV. I was sold on Tough Shed but Amazing Buildings had a similar building for quite a bit less. There were enough differences in the materials and design that I paid an extra $2K for design and material changes to make sure the building would last. After 2 months, the doors would not even close. I called Rodney and sent emails for another 2 months asking for help. When he finally responded, all he wanted to discuss was more money and he still never came and fixed the doors. Do not use this company. The Jamis Commuter was manufactured in China. The spokes on my 2006 bike with less than twenty miles of usage, started breaking, even when it was stored in the garage, not being ridden. We have a son incarcerated at Vienna Illinois. We have him calling collect from time to time through this company. Now they say that they can block his calls because our daughter who lived in Iowa had a phone bill years ago with Qwest that wasn't paid. That was when she was married.
