We bought a spa-n-a-box and within just a short period of time (during warranty), the unit went bad. We had to pay shipping for a replacement unit to be sent to us (after 30 days). The unit has been running for almost 60 days and has gone bad again. According to the company, these products are long lasting for several years, yet we can't get one to last for more than 45 days. These are the most unprofessional, uncaring movers EVER. They do not communicate with you EVER unless you call them. They arrived over 6 hours late both pick-up and deliver; They broke things, items were missing, boxes were ripped open, things were dropped (there were leaves in some boxes), they never give you any definitive information, Customer service LIES, they say they are doing something, and they DO NOT. On 29th of JuLy, I gave my KG 800 to LG service, because it wasn't working (IMEI No:352637019517930). Later I learned that it was waiting for a part to be imported, so that the rapiar could be completed. On 25th of August, I called LG Turkey call center. They said that the part had arrived and I could take my phone in a week. I called again the next week. They said that they were waiting for the part(!). Today, after 3 weeks of my initial call, I am still waiting for the part to come.

Based on InsiderPages reviews, the ones you see in Google Maps, I took an aluminum double-pane window to Bennett for replacement. They made me stand at the counter while other people came in and got help (buddies on a first name basis). They told me they had to disassemble the window to measure it. I purchased a Rugged Ridge Stone Guard from this company in December 2007 as a gift. This is a plastic part. It was too cold to install during the winter. I waited until June to install the part. Purchased a garage from them and they did not bring enough trim to finish the building. Said they would bring the needed aluminum the next week. Repeated calls netted a promise several times to being the needed materials and install it, but it never happened. We finally bought the trim from someone else and installed it ourselves.

Our company has had a terrible experience with the staff at Maximizer. We have used Maximizer 9 CRM software with great success. We decided to upgrade to a version that would allow us to synchronize our data and we were recommended the Entrepreneur edition by Stanley only to later find out that we will need the Group edition instead. Onesuite has the complete package for prepaid phone services. When I started using Onesuite back in 2002, it only has the basic prepaid phone card services that you can access online. Then a year after that I remember they added a fax to email feature that give subscribers a fax number for only $1 a month and get their fax through their email. So its like a virtual fax machine and no matter where you are, you will get your fax on your email.

I spent 44.00 on an item, wore it for about 2 minutes to check fit, realized that it was too big, packaged it up and returned it. The item was barely touched, and all tags were included. Despite that, my refund was just over $23.00. Shipping costs and return shipping fees are not refunded. I've never heard of such a return policy from a mail-order company. I don't expect to shop from the website anymore. I'm a huge fan, but the customer service is terrible. I called ZPDI on 09092008, reference the charges of$39.30 (6 min) on my phone bill . I was told collect calls, no one was home to accept these calls, I have had collect call block for years, with all the scams from people in prison and the ability of others to route from your number to others in other countries, causing outrageous calls to be on your phone bills. This outrageous $6.55 a minute.

I used this company twice for international relocation. The first time, they relocated my household effects from NJ to France. It took my shipment 2 months longer than projected to arrive. I would encourage anyone who is moving to stay away from Baker Moving. They gave me a great quote and I sent in a deposit. When the movers show up, the quote suddenly increased in price. My price jumped by $500 because I had 25 more cubic feet of belongings.
When they delivered by belongings, two pieces of furniture were missing. They were only small fold-up bookshelves, but I still paid to move them and expected to get them back. I am currently talking to them about insurance.

On July 11, 2008 I applied for a Chase Private Student loan and was approved. I faxed them all my documents (proof ID, proof of enrollment, and loans docs) by Monday, July 14. When we first started talking to first universal lending. they were very convincing that they could get our mortgage loan reworked and could lower our payment 30% to 60%. I asked Gary about their success rate and he stated 100%. After we got signed up and a payment of 399.00 got made they would get started. December 22nd, 2007 A Safeco insured came into my lane causing me to lose control of my vehicle and be hit by another. The accident exacerbated. Some back problems I already had... They don't want to pay because my treatments would probably have been needed later on anyway... Insurance companies like that are the reason there are sooo many lawsuits.

Eztradein is Dealtree's service which buys back used electronics. I sent them a laptop, which had a quoted value of $200. I selected to receive a check and shipped my laptop. My landline telephone (040 23195283) went dead more than 10 days back. Towards this. I had already registered a complaint with BSNL, Hyderabad (using their computerised/automated registration scheme), and had even called up the nearest exchange (Jeedimetla area) to request them to rectify the problem. Delivery was for 9/3/08. Called late that evening, told they were still delivering. Called 9/4, (no one called back) Called 9/5, was told flowers were delivered (THEY WERE NOT). Was told that I would receive a credit on my card. That didn't happen either. Called 9/12, girl took a message and would deliver it to the person I talked to on 9/5 (Kristi). She (Kriste) was the person who told me that she would credit my account. So far I am still out $62.53, which I consider to be a considerable amount of money.

Michelle Lambros and her so-called Grape Merchant in Weston have stiffed the American Cancer Society and the Weston Relay for Life. She was supposed to donate $5, 000 to the event and has even mentioned the donation in a big Miami Herald piece bragging about her community exploits. 3 months after the event, no money and no donation.
