On the Eighteenth of September I parked in a taxi zone, not putting anybody to inconvienience as I had left two products in the store that I had purchased 45 minutes prior. I stopped for 30 seconds and locked my car and ran inside, meanwhile the driver of taxi 1106 cab 5 spat on my drivers side window, whilst my 3yr old daughter sat in the car. Touchstonecatalog.com was the online company. We ordered two pet condos in espresso finish. Each took about an hour to assemble. When we got to the last piece of the product to assemble, which is the table top that is visible to all, both pieces had damaged corners. The second condo did not assemble well, and the door does not close properly. Our call to customer service was not handled well. LVNV funding is suing me for $909.19 plus court cost because of an old debt they purchased for pennies, the original amount was $498. I tried to pay this debt when I first found out it had been turned over to a collections agency, but they just talk down to me. LVNV funding is taking advantage of people, especially in today's economy, their paying pennies and collecting dollars, this doesn't seem right. We live in a rural part of the state that provides no other internet connectivity, and have been stuck with DirecWay's being swallowed by Hughes.net. Without appropriate notification, Hughes.net enabled what they call a Fair Access Policy, but there is nothing fair about it. I had been time warner cable customer for last 4 years. Since beginning of this year, my internet would just get disconnected for no reason for weeks at end. I called the service and they sent someone out and found out that my main cable line was disconncted from the box which only time warner people had access to. I recently had family pictures made. When we were taking the pictures, the photographer kept stopping to wait on customers that came to the cash register. Our daughter was in from out of state so we only had that day to take pictures. We were offended that we were interrupted so often. She also didn't know how to pose us. Bus: bus 2200, route 7E, 2:30 at Fairview Mall to Charles St, on Sept 19, 08. This extremely unprofessional white beard mid-age white bus driver; he has some serious anger management issues. He was yelling at the customers at almost every stops the whole way through. There were not that many people on the bus, he didn't have to rise his voice or SWORE on the bus. First they said it was a "free" card with a months "free" service. It cost me $115 upfront just to sign up online. Then there was the shock of the debit on my bank account 5 days before it was due. That caused overdraft fees of over $100 by the time I figured it out. These people withdrew 29.90 from my card without being authorized to do so... when i called to find out who they are or what it was for i was told when i viewed my "free credit report" i was automatically signed up for a recurring monthly charge. I tried to explain to these people that i never viewed my free credit report they said "oh well" we cant give you your money back because we dont have access to your credit card, funy they had access to with draw money but not to put it back.
