I purchased 9 gallons of Behr paint and sent in the rebate form as directed. (exactly) No rebate. The next time I bought paint it was 14 gallons of Pittsburgh Paints. My loss was $45 by not getting the rebate from Behr. Behr and Home Depot lost a $450 sale. I will never buy Behr paints again and I have shifted my shopping to Lowe's for my other home improvement needs. I asked for help at Home Depot on this matter and they said it was up to Behr. My father who is 83 still lives in his home. When Guy Smith called to inquire if they could come out to do an annual inspection I agreed. They were running a special to check out the unit for $75.00. I was shocked when I got to his house and saw they had gotten him to sign a contract for over $7, 000 to replace the heating and air conditioning unit. They had also gotten him to make pay $6, 000 on a credit card. I was livid. In addition he was coursed to check the box waiving his right to cancellation. I don't even believe that MagellanRx is a real company. Just a scam site that lists a fake inventory, keeps your money and delivers nothing. I ordered a tube of Nizoral cream from them. They posted that the item had been sent on a certain date, but there are no other details. The email address they give for customer service and message box at the site are never answered. After waiting for nearly three months, I finally filed for a chargeback from Visa CheckCard Services and just got my refund. In November 2007 I switched my home phone services to Rogers (VOIP). To make a very long story very short, it took Rogers 18 days to install the service that would not work. Twenty-three phone calls and three service visits later resulting in days without phone service that I was paying for (including no 911 ability), my Rogers VOIP home phone finally worked. I have had xanadoo internet for about four months. It has been extremely slow and I am paying for the fastest speed of Internet they offer. The last few weeks they have not been providing me with Internet service after 1am. I am a student and I do alot of my research during these hours. When I went to transfer my domain name to another web hosting company Simpova locked my domain name and has refused to release it so I can tranfer it to another company. Eight years as a loyal customer, several complaints from me about service over the last 3 weeks and and look what happens. Using this prepaid debit card at a gas station, automatically deducts 35.00, even if you get only 10.00 worth of gas. You cannot receive the balance until 4 days later. (Even if you run out of gas and need to stop at a cheaper gas station). I purchased gas in a city to get me home where the gas is thirty cents cheaper. This company sold a floor cleaning mop that requires a replaceable chemical cannister. This unit did a good job with no complaints however the company discontinued the product and the cannister is no longer available and the mopping unit is now useless. A friend of ours gave us a coupon for this place and we took our two daughters there for a 2 year picture. First time there and everyone was nice until we got into the studio. The girl photographer was all business, which did help keep our toddlers in line, but she'd snap a few shots - then turn around to sell us on stuff while turning her back on our kids - take a shot or two more - try to push more stuff we didn't want on us.
