They are still running the scam. Even after I have told them not to be interested and that they only confirmed my order of the free trial. They still charged my account an additional amount. After contacting them and complaining about that, they just confirmed a week later a montly subsciption I never asked for. The come to the house and say we will save you money over your cable TV provider. I tell them cable TV provider charged $50/month for ALL EIGHT TV's. They promise, we will save you money. When I get the bill, they are charging me $50 for every three (3) TV’s $150/month just for video. No way this is cheaper than cable. So I cancel because they LIED to me. I paid for a logo to be designed for my company. It said 2-3 days for logo to be sent to me. It has been almost a week and no one has gotten back to me. My visa went through and the money was converted in Euros. I tried contacting them, and they have not returned any emails. 1st Verizon wired my area for FIOS and no longer sold DSL in the area. I was required to purchase FOIS at the higher cost if I wanted Verizon. Fios required rewiring your home for fiber optic. I did so and bundled phone and direct TV for 99.99 per month plus taxes. Fois includes either MSN premium or Yahoo Premium w/ free virus and spyware. Fairpoint takes over. without warning, could not access internet. Have Time Warner cable, digital phone and Roadrunner. Called and spent three hours with local techs on a thursday eve at the end of which the rep said I have to call Dell because it is a problem with their software. Called Dell on Friday eve, they tried things for an hour then said since I don't have software service agreement I had to buy that to fix the problem - they said they could defnitely fix it. Called me a week ago about Gas Coupons claiming to be from Discover. They already had my credit card number. I never gave it to them. Said they would charge me 1$ for shipping to send me a package. We purchased two Helio Oceans from them and both of them were customer returns that they resold to us. The worst part was that the lines were not cancelled and when we tried to use it Helio could not activate them for us. They informed us that Helio Cellular is actually no longer an authorized dealer for Helio and that they have actually received several complaints from them. I gave a call to Arial Software as I was highly interested in their software. I decided to purchase their software to test it out as they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I was then moved to the verification team who billed me but did not charge me. I started getting excessive phone calls from NCO, a collection agency, followed by several letters. Eventually I got some letters in the mail from NCO, indicating that they were attempting to collect on belhaf of 1 & 1 Internet. I contacted 1 & 1 and was told that in the past I had purchased domains from them (which is true), and that it's their policy to automatically renew domains every year. Until now, I had never heard of the company and certainly did not authorize any services from them. I received my dinning room broken and pieces missing. After several e-mail and phone calls to make an insurance claim to cover the damages, they did nothing . I purchased an Alltel family circle plan and 4 cell phones from Letstalk.com in early Dec. 2008. The Letstalk website, and the receipts I received from them, all indicated that the Activation charge was FREE. However, when I got my first bill from Alltel, it included a $25 activation fee for each phone. Call 18003551837 to get customer support since they dont have a website or any info online AT ALL!!! Tell them you want it canceled and your money back. On thier page for the Olympus D-460 Zoom digital camera it clearly states that it comes with an industry standard 8 MB smart media card, and the price is $249. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company does not keep any items in stock, rather just drop ships to you from vendors. This process in reality takes 7 to 10 days. If you have weeks to wait to receive items, go ahead and order. If you are on a deadline they will never make it, and then charge you a 15% restocking fee if you have to return the items because you were forced to order them from another company that actually cared about customer service. Customer Service Representatives must be told or trained to be as rude and condescending as possible. I had a very poor experience with Coolerguys.com. I had asked for the RMA number to return a keyboard for a refund. By by the time I had received an RMA number, the fellow indicated that it was beyond the 30 days, and had to go to the factory in China. It was only a $30 keyboard, and they refused to return it for a refund.
