I've used this host for several websites. I used to have good service and no problems. I've since heard that they changed ownership. In the past 2 years I have had horrendous service with them. Delivery of the same item on Feb 11-16 was listed for $170 due to peak time surcharge (Valentine). I ordered the item for delivery on Feb 11, 2009 at $70 and my credit card was charged this amount. Canceled Subscription but was billed anyway. Jan 2008 signed up for (2) online subscriptions to Catan Game. ($20/yr) Dec 2008 logged into our accounts and canceled our subscriptions. google success kit is a scam i recieved nothing was chargeed 29.95 twice as well as a dollar 6 times, before the 30 days trial expired... the fee is non refundable, supposedlyj. i have sent emails to google infringement team and google customer support. Terrible service!! Very accommodating on the phone but their followup sucks. My order came fast but their catalog did not distinguish between the various models of MotoQ phones and as such I ordered the wrong cover for my phone. Horrible customer service. Ordered 4 packs of DVD and a 6-pack of inkjet cartridges. When order arrived, received 1 black cartridge instead of my 6-pack of black & color. They did not respond to my email for days, and after several emails they have sent me a return form. They are not sending the items I should have received until they receive the item (one stinking inkjet cartridge) they sent incorrectly. A company should not make you pay for your mistakes, and this is the last time they'll have that opportunity. These guys are not listed on pricegrabber.com, they are listed on pricewatch.com, but pricewatch is lame in that it does not have any reseller ratings or reviews available. Their RMA procedure is TERRIBLE, it is NOT automated so you have to wait for a person to send you an email with an RMA number and instructions on where to ship the return. you must return items within 25 days of the ship date, it took me 4 days just to get an RMA number. Folks, This company is out of business as of August. I bought what I thought were 100 2x rated DVD-R discs from them. Well I actually got the merchandise from them (Some people have not been so lucky from what I read here)But they only record at 1x That's a huge time difference when you consider that it takes over an hour to write a 4.5GB disk at 1x. Amazing company. I have lost count of the number of times I have ordered from them, and every time has been the same wonderful experience. Their prices are very fair and they have a great selection of CDS and DVDS from Japan. The shipping may be considered a bit pricey, but it's worth it for excellent service. They always fulfill your order to your expectations. Even once they shipped a CD out that said 2-4 weeks nearly the next day. Horrible Customer service. I ordered a 340w Enlight case from them and was sent a 300w. Just because I did not contact them the same day as I recieved it due to not having the parts yet to put in the case, he(Brian Stacy) said I would have to send it back and pay a 20% restocking fee, he blames it on me not reading correctly when if fact it was an error on their part. I ordered a celeron 566 pre-overclocked to 850 with a powerleap neo S-370 adapter from cantek. After having to pick up the CPU from the UPS warehouse because i wasn't here to sign for it, the CPU did not work. I followed their installation instructions clearly and made several calls to their tech support. I returned the CPU for exchange and they claimed I damaged the CPU and would not issue a refund or exchange. Be careful. This company sent me standard 40 pin ATA33 cables when the web site and invoice said ATA133. Just for the sake of arguement I benchmarked them and they were in fact ATA33. I called them up and they said "Our engineers tested them...blah, blah blah). I had it sitting next to a real ATA133 round cable and the difference was obvious. Had some BZBOY ram go bad. Their gaurantee is worthless as the replacement ram is not gauranteed to work as noted in their email below. Buysoftware apparently has the orders processed by Techwave. This extra order processing can add 2 days or so to the normal ground shipping times. However, I have ordered different items from www.buysoftware.com about 6-7 times now. Hard drives, Memory, In-Win cases, and monitors. I have never had a problem with any order. They have all arrived as expected. I've never needed to contact their sales or tech support people, so I cannot comment on them.
