Great prices, horrible customer service. I ordered a "universal" folding bluetooth keyboard from buyGPSnow.com, discovered that the device was not, in fact, universal, so could not be used with my device. I needed a fan for my Onkyo 805 Receiver because it's been known to be hot when in use. Someone bought a fan at buyextra and was happy with the results and recommended I get one as well. Super fast delivery service - I ordered a Raynox 250 and an adapter ring on Friday Mar 14, and received them yesterday (March 16)! And the items were shipped from California to Pennsylvania. 8 months ago I purchased one time WIFI internet service from AT&T at an airport. Now I realise that I am subscribed to a yearly service paying 20$ a months. I built web sites all my life for a living so I'm 110% sure that it wasn't very clear that I'm subscribing to a yearly service. I find AT&T's aproach very deceiving because I opened up a web page designed for that airport and its clear that %90 of the passangers would like to purchase a "one time" service. This was the worst 5 yrs warranty I've gotten. I purchased a Fujitsu s6210 with the fry's five year warranty. It took about 2 months for the laptop to return from servicing; and when it came back, it didn't even power on! I sent is back for another 2 months. I DID get a loaner laptop, but the service manager tried to charge me a 15% restocking fee because it was 'used' after 4 months of impotence!! (That would have been almost $300+!) Concerning the 4 coin Barack Obama coin set, advertised by Montel on TV and website. Supposed to have a $1 gold-plated coin, Kennedy 1/2 dollar, Illinois quarter and Hawaii quarter and 4 certificates of autheticity. What I got has 2 Hawaii quarters, none from IL. This website took $1.00 for a 15 day "free" trail. Problem is my user Id and password never allowed access to the site. The add stated 15 days of free access after which they would charge $39.95 per month for the access and uses of the website. I have tried to contact the site first to gain access then to cancel but the information give on the printout I recieved with the trail got me nowhere. Then I find that they have deducted $119.70 from my account and it hasn, t even been one month, including my trail. I am working with my bank and still trying to contact these guys.
