I have never had a worse experience with a company. I ordered a Matrox G400 Max via Second Day Air but they shipped an Asus Motherboard via UPS Ground. I contacted them several times via email but they did not respond. I contacted them by phone and arranged for return and refund. Two weeks later I still had not received a refund so I contacted them again by phone and was told they would credit my card immediately. Two weeks later I still had not received anything from them. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was issued a refund approximately two months after it was requested. I highly recommend you BUY ELSEWHERE. read full review »

I am extremely wary of online shopping, and this place has totally made my paranoia justified. I ordered a present for my brother in mid-DECEMBER with a money order. It's now JANUARY 7 and I *still* haven't received my item. I've e-mailed many times, and I received a notification a few days after Xmas that their "post office was not accepting shipments" and my item was "being shipped tomorrow." I ordered the MMX Universal adapter (CM175-UNIV) from them and did not receive it for more than two weeks. When I contacted them seeking an explanation for the delay, none was offered. The e-mail responses consisted of one line that ignored most of my questions. My multiple requests for a shipment tracking number were ignored as well. Their international order creditcard check sucks. 4 days after ordering I got an email that they charged my card with a small amount and I must tell which amount. The creditcard company gives me ones a month a transaction summary and does not give information by telephone or email, so I must wait 5 weeks. The alternative is to fax them a copy of my pasport or driver licence with the front and back of my creditcard. No way. I am VERY disappointed, considering the other good comments about this company! I ordered a D-link 900AP+ on 9/14/02 that was in stock. On 9/16 they call me to say it is back-ordered until 9/23 and if this was OK, I said yes I would wait a week. I then checked the site and called them on 9/20 and find out the date is really 9/30 and that they had ALREADY charged my credit card for the shipment. My order information was updated on the site 3 days later and said that: -- The order has been received -- A Packing slip has been issued -- The order has been dispatched -- Payment has been received However, 3 weeks later, there is still no indication as to whether the item has shipped. Great buying experience. Purchased an ATI Radeon 9800 Pro retail box. They had the cheapest price around. I did have to call to get a tracking number sent but no big deal. They were very friendly. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from this company ( order#kc-1245 ) for a total of $182.97 plus shipping on 12-20-08. The money was taken from our account the same day the order was placed.I never recieved any shoes. I tried numerous times to contact them by their e-mail address ( [email protected] ) and by phone (206-888-2198 ) but never could get in touch with anyone and never got any responce. I am infuriated with the AT&T customer service that was rendered to me. The support from the Business Care Center, Customer Care Center, Santa Ana (CA) Corporate store, and the Premier Web Order Center is horrific. I have never witness this type of support provided by any other wireless company throughout my 20 years of using a mobile phone. I am very annoyed about the delay in the relase date for the sims 3, I have made a countdown for 20th of february and prepared my computer for the game by deleting files and creating space. Me and My Friend have been so excited about it and we've been talking non stop . And then we fount out that the release date had ben delayed . We even pre-ordered it and payed an extra £10.00 to make sure it came on the release date. The machine failed again and we called for service. Another service man arrived, walked in the door and within five minutes looked in his service computer and announced "there are no parts available, I cannot repair this." Last December when travelling abroad made two calls from the Denver Airport to San Francisco. I made the mistake of using my credit card as I didn't have change to make the calls. The first call got me a wrong number, lasted about 30 seconds and the charge to my card was 16 dollars. The second one lasted a minute after I left a message and cost over 30 dollars. My experience with this company was horrendous. The company's customer service is the worst service I have even experienced as they have an extremely difficult time in answering their phone and not calling back even though they promise they will. I too wish that I had been aware of the multiple negative things floating around on the net regarding these people! I moved into a 'renovated' place they had a little over a year ago and have had nothing but issues since. The new carpet, linoleum and paint was done shoddy and was probably as cheap as they could get. I bought two tikis from this a-hole at the flea market. He seemed stoned out of his mind, and the Tikis were rotten and moldy in a less than a month and one of them split right down the face! The customer service is terrible, and there is a 20% restocking fee on any item whether it has been opened or not. Many of the items on their site are not stocked by CompBizUSA, but by direct suppliers who sell directly themselves. If you return something, they must check with the direct supplier to get a shipping label for you, which takes time. ComUAmerica is CHEATING !!! I was delivered not I what I paid for. I was cheated for about $600. I puchused DLP InFocus projector, which after 4 months of service was out of order. Avoid this company at all cost! i ordered a ASROCK K7VT4A PRO from them with a 2800+ xp chip. the board didnt accept any drives on the ide port, ide ports didnt work, they charged me a testing fee, so i called them and complained that they sent me a board that didnt work when i paid a testing fee. wth.. so i'm stuck with the board because neither compu terra (terror) and asrock wont accept responsibility for the bad motherboard. :( sigh! read full review »

Avoid these idiots like the plague! I ordered a humidifier that attaches to my furnace. They sent me one that was used. It had hair and lint stuck in the gum that holds the parts envelope closed and the whole thing smelled like mildew. It was disgusting. I emailed and asked for a replacement. I sent it back to them and got an email stating that they had received it. After ten days of not hearing from them, I emailed again. They said that it was processing. Another ten days passed and I called and demanded a refund. They gave me the purchase price only. I got screwed out of $20 shipping costs because they sell garbage. read full review »

I ordered from this company twice. Both orders arrived at a timely fashion. One of the heatsink I ordered dont fit well on my boxed/retail CPU, so I wrote them if I could have an exchange. The email was answered within one day and no question asked. I sent the heatsink back, got a different (better) product within 5 days. The price difference was taken care of nicely. These people are efficient! They might not have the best price for some of their products, but I appreciated their way of handling RMA. Very efficient. Watch out for these guys. I ordered an item and paid extra for "express" shipping. Unfortunately, that still gives them the right to wait 5 business days before shipping your (in stock) item. Add on 5 days for UPS, and my "express" shipping took 10 business days to arrive. Also, terrible customer service. Over four months ago I purchased O2 Optix contacts from Coastal Contacts. I received the correct contacts in the mail within about a week of purchase. This post is to warn others about a particular Forex Broker, MIGFX.CH, and all brokers in general from my perspective. MIGFX advertises the tightest spreads I can find with any broker, with 5 at 2 pips, and 5 more at 3 pips, and up from there, on more than 30 currency pairs.
