I purchased a luggage item from eBags on Jan. 18, 2009. Received order confirmation, with expected delivery on Jan. 21, 2009. I subsequently sent an email asking them to price match to a competitor's website. I received an email on Jan. 19 in the morning saying that eBags will price match and send me a credit. I placed an order for 2 BLM-01 LiON batteries and a Kingston 1Gb CF Card for my wife's Olympus camera. I paid for 2 day service. These were to be Mother's Day gifts. Bought a Eaglebit 1T external USB drive (Part#EB-250-00165) It worked for a good while, but then slowly started to malfuntion. When TV was free I feel it was ok to watch commercials, someone had to pay. Now in this day and age, we must subscribe to a service that can be expensive. It is killing me that I pay for a premium channel HBO, and get old movies from the 70's 80's 90's etc. These types of older movies are not what I am paying for! I could get them from the Library for free... Who is in charge of the Television Networks that air and monitor shows other than the company themselves. This is a horrible company. Stay away!! I just got a $25 charge on my credit card for a dvd that I reported lost back a year ago with this DVDbarn. I had cancelled this service more than 8 months ago and now they decide to charge me for a lost dvd. You have to email them a reason for any dvd's that they do not receive back. We used this company to try and recover data from a physically damaged SD card. We were very saddened when the SD card that had taken over 500 pictures at our wedding rehearsal dinner and during the ceremony/reception was not readable (as it had been readable in the camera to look at the pictures during and right after the ceremony, but was unable to read them when we got home and tried to transfer them to a computer). On July 24, 2001, I ordered 2 books. Finally on August 8, I received my order. However, only 1 book arrived. There was no notice that the other book was unavailable other than the fact that they charged my credit card for the full amount then credited back the differance. NEVER BUY ANYTHING DLINK! Be careful with these guys. I have had two issues with Divineo the last month that required me to deal with customer service. They reply to my emails very quickly but really don't help (might as well be an auto responder for all they are worth.)
