Classic Closeouts. Com placed unauthorized charges on 700, 000 consumers credit cards and is making no massive effort to return the stolen funds. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THE DRESS OF YOUR DREAMS!!! I had doubts about ordering my bridal dress online but I had my mom read the return policy after I read it to make sure I got it right. We both read a 30 THIRTY day return policy. This seemed tight, but doable. I wasn't sure the dress I was ordering was THE dress but my mom liked it and was paying for it. She really felt I would love it once I put it on. I ordered the dress at the beginning of January and by the end of January I still had no dress. My fiancee... read full review »

Garold March 9, 2009
During my trial period, I rented several DVDs from Zip.ca. They emailed me to tell me they didn't receive one of the DVDs. I had already reported the date I put the disc in the mail on their site. I replied to the email and told them to follow-up with Canada Post, that I had put it in the mail. I didn't receive a bounce-back, nor did I hear anything else from them. Since I had returned the disc, I assumed everything was ok. Then I got an email stating that they hadn't received the disc, and that they charged my credit card for... read full review »

Walter March 9, 2009
I hired David Hornbuckler to perform repairs on my stockaid fence. He quoted the job to be "about" 600 dollars. He asked for a retainer so I wrote him a check for 50 dollars. He came back a few weeks later, when the weather warmed up, and wanted another 200 dollars for supplies so I wrote him a check for this amount. The next day he was at my home making repairs and wanted 150 dollars more for removing plant roots and he said the total remaining amount would be 600 dollars. So, the job went up an extra hundred dollars not... read full review »

Oasis Bedrooms
Thomas March 9, 2009
On April 24, 2008 my husband and I purchased a waterbed from Oasis bedrooms. Eight months later the bed sprung a leak, ruining the entire bed. We called Oasis and they said to drain the bladders inside the bed and bring them in for inspection. We did so and asked that my husband or I be present when they inspected it that night. They said they'd call us so we could be. We get a call the next day telling us they inspected it (without us present) and that there was a huge hole in the bladder. We were told that we must have put a hole in the... read full review »

I had the same bill for at least 4 months, Verizon FIOS says some companies have authority to add miscellaneous charges to my bill. But for me to correct and error on their bill about an extra set top box rental, I was on the phone for an hour. Why can't I correct it quicker? AT&T and FIOS are probably in cahoots with them. That's what happens when you have no regulations on this subject. The best I could get from FIOS was a block of this charge in the future. Now what? They take my money and I get nothing from them! I don know... read full review »

Interstate Batteries
George March 9, 2009
I purchased and picked up a new 5th wheel in Yakima Washington in April 08 that had an Interstate battery in it. While in the parking lot t of the manufacturer the battery shorted and literally overheated. It was replaced without question. The replacement battery quit in Feb 09. Battery was properly maintained, fluid levels checked and the 5th wheel was lived in for the majority of the 10 months. Looking to buy a battery ? My advice is dont buy Interstate! read full review »

Hot Tub
Fred March 9, 2009
I purchased a Thermo Spas Hot Tub in 2000. They claim that they pre-test all spas before they ship them, meaning they fill them up with water and run them. When my spa arrived I filled it and started running it, the plumbing was leaking so I had to shut it down, drain it and place a heater inside the frame to keep things warm (it was January in Chicago) until a technician showed up a couple of days later. That tells me they never tested it. Then after one year my acrylic shell started to bubble. I didn't report it because I didn't... read full review »

Wally World Resort Campgrounds in Ohio are affiliated with Coast to Coast Campground Memberships. Coast to Coast charges very high yearly dues so you can stay in their campgrounds for $10 a night. They do not tell you when you sign up that their campgrounds are pretty awful and for maybe just $10 a night more you can stay in a really nice park with like Passport America or Camp Club USA who charge reasonable yearly dues and give you a discount on 100's of really nice campgrounds around the country. I am even going to post conversations over their live support option on their site, from my side and their side so that everyone can see what a bunch of thieves they are. Two years ago we joined a campground membership called Coast to Coast. We were new to the retirement RV traveling. We learned that memberships like this are a ripoff. Even if you lived down the street from your home park you can never recoup the amount of money you pay for the sign up fees and the yearly dues and the yearly dues of your home park. ARI Holiday Network
Brad March 9, 2009
We purchased a Timeshare from ARI Holiday Network back in 1994, shortly there after fees begin to ascend. In 1999 they implemented new admin fees. With poor to non existent customer service and fees escalating out of control, We decided to abandon ship. Not only did We loose our timeshare but to this day collection agencies harass Us for back fees, to the point that a Lien is now on our property. If anybody knows of a class action suit, Please let me know. There was one filed in Cook county in 2008 for unjust fees, but I don't know if it is still ongoing. read full review »

Last year He charged me 700.00 to fix a heating problem but never did. Now he got $55.95 for a rigged smog test. I saw him type unvalid statements on my printout. Took my car to another place and passed my smog test with no problems. Because of this guy I spent $80.00 on my machanic to test my car to find the problems that did not exist.
