I am very familiar with united air duct cleaning and their unscrupulous tactics they play. I own a similar business and companies like this make all of us look bad. They test for mold and sell very expensive mold treatments, but in texas the law requires a 'mold remediation license' to perform such services. Echo Trans World is terrible, definitely a scam. They moved my items from los angeles to shanghai. 50% of my items were damaged. they lost my dining room table (how do you do that?). This place installed the wrong carpet in my hallway and refused to fix it. There theroy was that I got a higher quality carpet so they were not going to do anything about it. Even though it was not what I ordered. I am still contemplating calling an attorney especially since Rob told me that if the made this mistake on a $10000 job they would have to fix it.
