My complaint is about the misrepresentation of a child's toy - Cool Tools Activity Set - sold by this company. The illustration on the outside of the package shows a white molded plastic liner in one half of the case which has a fitted space for each tool that comes with the set. There is no such liner in the case, which makes it too difficult for our child to put the tools away and close the case by himself and causes frustration. I ordered my daughter a gardenia plant for her birthday in February. It did arrive on the correct day, but the buds that were on the plant have just slowly turned black and fallen off. Now parts of the plant itself are dying. It never did bloom. I sent it so she would have a plant on her desk at work. I called the 1-800 number to see if they would resend but they said "sorry we waited to long to complain". Well I'm sure my daughter thought it would eventually "bloom" instead of "die". Supposedly, if a customer, who has properly completed a form, is supposed to receive as much as $500 worth of free gas vouchers (in the form of a $25.00 gas card) for a period of 20 months. All the customer is supposed to do is to submit to the company a minimum of $100 in original gas receipts and within 4-6 weeks or so, will receive the gas card. However, it seems after getting the first gas card, no more are sent out to those customers, even though they keep sending e-mails stating they received that month's gas receipts and will process them shortly. This company does not pay its drivers and exuses it by constantly changing the agreement after it has been made. It advises "wait for pay" and the pay never comes because impossible conditions are set before pay is "sent". I am already owed more than $1500. It has been owed me for almost a month. I purschase a Masonite Fiber Glass patio door from Home Depot. The door was delivered and installed by Home Depot. It's a lifetime warrantly on the door and now after three years the door is starting to warp or bow inward. I called Masonite and they claim I was suppose to paint the door this is within 45 days of installation. This information wasn't provided by Home Depot nor the installer. Masonite claims this information is on the packing on their door and again I never saw that since Home Depot delivered and installed the door. read full review »

I had subscribed for a mail Today subscription for one year starting April 2008. The cheque was given to the vendor and he promised the rest will be taken care of. However for the whole of April, no paper was delivered saying that he is waiting for the coupons.Later after delivering for a few months, he again topped from dec 2008 onwards saying that he does not have the coupons and that I should complain to Mail today. They promise the BEST HOSTING SERVICES ON THIS EARTH. 99.9% uptime is promised for all their hosting plans which is about 7 hours downtime in a year. After returning my lens to Sigma, I received an estimate for repairing the $237.00 lens of $200.00. Knowing that the lens was still under warranty I contacted customer service and through email was told that the technicians said the warranty was invalid due to physical damage. I bought this product brand new on-line July 2008. Out of the box it failed to charge. I turned it in to the local service center, Shaver Sevice, for repair. After 7 months and numerous calls to the service center they asked me to come pick it up since they could not get support from Desa. I picked it up last month. (It still would not charge.) I first bought mine in Nov of '07, it broke down 4 months later, now a little of over a year and its broke again with the same problem no picture only sounds, it then shuts itself down and leaves a red light blinking. Same as the first time, when the light tube had to be replaced. I always read that Mitsubishi had such a high quality rating, I don't believe that any more. I now own two Vizios which I'm happy with. Don't know if I want to put money on another tube when they only have a 6 month warranty and some have only lasted 4 months. read full review »

Residential Appliances advertises Same Day Service and 24-7 service. Unfortunately, they do not deliver. After struggling to get service on a refrigerator currently under warranty from a previous repair they did, they refused to schedule same day service the day the unit failed and again the day the replacement part arrived. Despite advertising 24-7 service, they have stated to us that they only schedule 8 appointments a day and do not work nights or weekends. After much deliberation, I thought I'd try a turnkey website. Don't even waste your time because number one, this guy screws you over with the price of the website and DOES NOT DO REFUNDS. And he will tell you that you will oen your domain, when you don't. We bought a LG television less than a yr ago. About 6 months ago we started getting bright green dots on our screen. We've contacted LG and they have sent repair men out to our home 3 times and can't fix the prob. LG without even a phone call sent a letter saying they are closing out our case without resolving the problem. LG has made it very difficult to contact them, saying mangers dont take phone calls.
