I called Guitar Center on Monday, March 2nd to see if they had a particular guitar pedal I needed [$169]. They indeed had they pedal and it was the last one left in stock. They took my name and assured me that they would hold it until i could make it to the store, as I live almost an hour from it's location.
I called again on Tuesday March 3rd to assure that the pdeal was being held until the weekend so I could make a trip. I even spoke to a manager this time and was assured, again, that it was on hold for me.

boost mobile new unlimited plan $50 month
I already had the umlimited by boost plan that first came out...didnt have many complaints except the price kept going up but the service worked great..no issues..I decided to get the new unlimited plan because it was cheaper at only $50 versus the $70-75 I was already paying for just unlimited talk and text. And because they no longer had the same boost unlimited phones so in order to get a new phone i had to get the new plan...well now i know why it is so much cheaper.. the service is awful...getting and recieving calls is not the problem... read full review »

Their product is first off not what they said it would be and then when you go to get your money back as they promise they will with a money-back guarantee. They just ignore you. So your stuck with a $60.00 product that you don't want because it's not what they said it would be. First the product start off being $29.99 and then you have to buy another product to make this product work. Then after all that it's not what they promised it would be. This company sells phone numbers and voice mail service. I signed up for their monthly service costing $9.99. My receipt shows that my TOTAL monthly cost would be $9.99. Then when this company bills each month they charge $10.93. When I asked about it they said this was not tax but a company charge to recover costs. They explained that this fee is in their terms of service. I asked why they hide a company charged fee in the TOS and they had no answer. We contracted a videographer for our wedding dvd through Spada Photography Inc for our wedding on November 30, 2002. After some time, the dvd stopped playing in the middle so I contacted James Spada in April 2008. He told me to mail it to him and he would look at it and remake it for us. I did as he instructed and he emailed me back that he received it, and would get back to me once he figured out what was wrong. Horrible service, well actually no service. A vm msg saying to email website does not classify as customer service (this recording runs during their "normal business hours". They have yet to reply to any emails I have sent about the item that was ordered and yet to received. The two times that I was able to talk to someone they told me that my order was to be rec'd on x date. The day has come and gone. I will never purchase anything from them again. Should never order anything that may be out of stock.
I ordered 4 items, 2 of them was out of stock at the time. I kept on waiting, hoping that it'll be in stock.
Only problem is, not only did the 2 items stay out of stock, the other 2 gone out of stock too.
During all that while, I contacted them a couple of times via the contact form, no response.
Once I found out that everything is gone (even from their list of items), I contacted them again, asking them to refund my money.

I've been a troublesome customer, always asking the Lik-Sang staff to help me with my order every day as I had a indecisive mind, I didn't want to seperate my orders and waste more money on the shipping, so I kept adding stuff as there was no feature such as combining orders, I had to email Lik-Sang staffs to add some items, and I emailed over 3 times and I'm surprised that they aren't getting impatient at this. Ordered a clip on hat brim led light, and a luxeon flashlight. They were also running a coupon special that included 2 freebies for the items ordered (a keychain led and another little press button single led light both for adding the code).
All stuff recieved from Hong Kong within the stated 2 week waiting period in A+ condition. All work well and are of better quality than I had expected at the super low low price.

I ordered an external Seagate drive, which, despite the fact that it arrived within a reasonable amount of time, turned out to be a bad one. Rather than pursue a refund, I decided to replace it with an internal drive and caddy. I'm getting components to build a computer and Lagoom.com had a few compelling items on my list though I ended up with only the computer case ordered. I ordered from Lagoom because the shipping from Freemont, CA to my Oregon home is a 2-day trip by the ground method chosen; even if the weekend order was shipped out as late as Tuesday, I'd be easily building my system over the weekend. THEY SHIPPED FROM GEORGIA!!

Well, i bought i stick of samsung pc3200 256mb ram from them and the ram will not do as advertise. so i email them about the return policy and took them around 5 days to respond. in the response, they tell me to respond back w/ an invoice number so i did, and in 1 week they did not respond back. so i email them again w/ the invoice number and they respond back to me w/ a fedex tracking number. so i email them back telling them about the return policy and they have not yet reply.

I am extremely dissatisfied with KVM Tools. I placed an oder with KVM on 12/2/08 and the merchandise I received was defective. They do not answer their phones, they do not return calls from the many messages I've left etc. I have since returned their merchandise but they have yet to remove the charges from my credit card. Bought 2 pc's from company and it went out of business that weekend.
One computer had a bad memory chip and had something done showing it had faster memory than it did. Also memory chip was bad. Other computer had a bad hard disk and now the whole computer I think is fried. It does not work at all
To me total fraud on their part because they claim a one month warranty and knew they were just stealing the money with shoddy work and products. Complaints have been filed with BBB and lawsuit will be filed on them. read full review »

I purchased a new set of Klipsch ProMedia Ultra 5.1 speakers in January. By April the subwoofer/amplifier had died. I RMA'd the unit to Klipsh on May 9th. At the time of this writing it is now July 25th and I still havent received my repaired unit. When I call Klipsch I am told the parts are on backorder. I purchased two Oreck XL vacuums. I have a bad back and thought the lightweight vacuums would be a God send. They are lightweight and worked well for a brief time. My older vacuum is four years old and the motor is shot!
I spent $300 EACH on these vacuums! The warranty is only 3 years! I have been married for 28 years and have had vacuums that cost 1/6 of this price that lasted decades without the motor going!!!

They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address.
