We had decided to buy an Miniature Australian Shepherd from Kathy Tomerlin at Boldheart Mini Aussies in Arizona. She toyed around with us not being able to tell us which of the dogs would be available until the day they were to be shipped out. The dog was a present for my daughter's 5 th birthday. In November 2008 I paid for two personalized, time sensitive baby items. At the time the store accepted my payment for these items I was told that the items would be sent to my relative. I waited 7 months for a dinette set. it was only supposed to take 8-12 weeks. In october I was told it would be in next month. next month turned into another 4 months. I am writing to complain about smoking in Hallenstadion during the recent CSI Mercedes event. My wife and I attended the event on Sunday 25th January 2009. I had purchased the best and most expensive seats available in area WO near the VIP area. Therefore I was thoroughly disappointed and disgusted to find that although Hallenstadion is advertised as a "No Smoking" stadium you allowed smoking in the VIP area, which was near our seats. The petite African American manager is crazy. She has harassed me twice now. Both times saying that I am stealing things and denying me to leave until security escorts me out. On the 19th of January, We bought a Scratch/Dent floor model Kitchn Aid dishwasher from University Appliance-Spokane Valley. When it was delivered, they just brought it in and left. West Bay apt [under J&L Management] is the worst rental apartments I have stayed at. I stayed for 5 months and at the end of it they ask me to pay a ridiculously high amount of 600 USD!
