This company is also affiliated with Executive Movers and I read many complaints online, I guess they just change names. They quoted me $120 over the phone, 2 hours labour and + 1 hour travel time @ $40/hour. When they arrived, they requested a $300 deposit and told me I would be refunded the balance. I went to Z Galleries in Dallas, TX on 10/31/09. They have a very nice LOOKING store & I bought a few items totally about $120. I used a Master card. When my bill arrived I realized this store charged my credit card an EXTRA $216 & when I reported the error to customer service (after 20 minues on HOLD) they kept telling me they would check into it & call me back. Purchased trailer in February 2009. Used it for one week. Noticed skin or paint failure. Took back to Cool Trailers under warranty. Was told damage was done by us, even though the same damage was clearly evident under the PACE label applied by PACE Manufacturing. Inappropriate care and business practices. I followed all grievance procedures regarding the present of bed bugs and the practice of the home serving the clients expired food items. They also prepared meals in an unlicensed kitchen at a third parties home and brought it in to serve us. I filed a grievance and was kicked out of the home that night for "causing strife". I was a new vendor at the old location of the red rooster attic antiques and collectibles consignment mall. In Oct she told me to fill up my booth with merchandise to sell, all the while knowing she was being evicted for nonpayment of rent. I've lived in several apartments, and I have never in my life seen a company that in engages in such deceptive practices, as BH Management. I currently reside in Wakonda Village in Des Moines. This all started the first second I signed the lease it seems. I purchased AutoCAD 2010 from this company in October. The website seemed very professional even though it didn't appear to be secure. Instead of using my credit card (due to lack of security) I opted to pay by check. After completing my order I received an email with the address to send my check to. My check was cashed and I did not receive any product. I emailed them various times and never heard from them. This bill appeared on my telephone bill, which I have to pay, but I never talked with these people or authorized payment to them. According to At&t, I have to pay my telephone bill in full and deal with USCreditfind myself. They are closed on Sunday so I will see if I can get the charges removed on Monday (12-14-2009). I read the fine print of this company, calling to cancel I found out that they are outsourced to an overseas customer service that will not tranfer you to the refunds department and only will deal with you through email. Failed to file a claim with insurance company. They had access to the same information that the hospital and doctors. It's all on the same data base. Cigna tells me that per their contract, they cannot bill me for services not claimed. Their attorney, says "that contract does not mean anything." Cigna continues to tell me that I do not owe the remaining bill. But, the small claims judge buddy ruled in Rad Ass favor. Apparantly the judge doesn't believe in contracts either.
