I purchased a "Leather Living Room Set" complete with Lamps and Tables. The Sofa sleeper collapsed and broke about 3 hours after delivery. I attempted to cancel my account with Netzero some several months ago. First, it was difficult to figure out how to do. Once I did, I sent an email in the manner provided for by the company telling them I wished to cancel the account. Purchased a Roots leather Milano bag which was $400.00 and approximately 3 months later the stitching started coming apart. Roots will not replace the bag and even worst it'll take 4 to 5 weeks to have it repaired. I decided to try snapfish.com to develop some 35mm color films I needed developed. I set up an online account and I received the postage paid mailer. So I completed the form for the fees, attached the labels to the film, placed the 3 rolls of film along with payment in the form of a check in the mailer. Darkstar is engaged in unacceptable and abusive business practices. The company offers hosting for various servers including Ventrilo voice servers. The company makes it nearly impossible to cancel their services. Even after you cancel they will continue to attempt to bill you for the services. They will use long outdated credit card numbers and continue to bill year after year. They will contact you and tell you that you owe them for some of the service fee.
