I went on a trip across country this past holiday season; and didn't have my cellular service for 99% of the time. It didn't work at my location where I stayed about 6 to 8 weeks, and while enroute the service was extremely spotty. I complained to the FCC, and all they did was send me customary form letters - then when they received a form letter reply from my service provider, they closed the case. This company is AWFUL. I have never seen such incompetence when it comes to website design. The project concept and design was bad, the implementation was a nightmare, and even after almost a year of development and thousands of dollars lost along the way, this company never completed our site! actually i get my mobile no. 9760746956 recharged by rs 11 msg card on 24th feb... it has not yet been activated nd i have made complaint 4 times nd it has also not yet solved by airtel department... i received calls from airtel 2 times saying the complaint is resolved but it is not yet... everytime i made the call to make the complaint half of the time the call is either diconnected or the 4 days time is given nd when the time given by them go away' nd i dn't get any response i call them back nd i found that my complaint time is extended... overall i am really fed up of airtel services read full review »

I love the Clark's shoes. I always wait for them to go on sale and even at sale price they are expensive for me. I have about a dozen pairs and I always buy them at Belk's. I went to put the first pair I bought on and they seperated from the sole. I was put in a very embarassing situation as I was at work. Then I went to put the other pair that were the same style but bought at another time and the very same thing happened again at work. I have two digital boxes that stopped working. I tried turning it off for a period of time, unplugging it, but nothing seems to work. Is there a service center where I can have them look at it? I shipped out a package via Next Day Air on 2/11 and it wasn't delivered until over a week later. When I realized on 2/12 that it wasn't going to be delivered that day, I called to figure out an alternative. I offered to pick it up at the facility and hand deliver it for them, but was told it was a security risk. This company provides very poor service and poor customer service if you ever have to call and complain. They charged me for a plow job that was done so poorly that I had to call out another company the same day to redo the job they should have done if the first place. I called and complained and they told me they did the best they could and if I wasn't happy to find someone else to do it and then still sent me a bill! How Rude! The next company that came out even commented on how incorrectly the lot was plowed! I PAID $1739 dollars for a crappy incomplete website that I am not even using. THEIR IS NOT A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AS CLAIMED!!! They binded me by a crappy contract that pretty much gives them the right to take their time and not complete anything! Their turn around times are HORRIBLE!! I knew I shouldn't have, but I did submit my credit card information to be charged 4250 for a program that offered training and coaching to build a web based business with Vianet training. It turns out that I was not talking to vianet, and ended upith a contract with Cherry Creek Consulting. I also found out that the money did not go to Vianet, it went to Max Elite Consulting. These people are brokers only and hire cheap men with trucks to move you. Trucks are broken down and they break things. Our truck came from MTL Transportation from Phoenix Arizona. The phone number on their website is no longer in service but the drivers were able to reach the owner with no problem. They spoke no english so we didn't know what they were saying. Back in February I called Mr.Jack Carter to complain about a compliment that didn't filter down to the Hanover store, where these awesome guys (Ken Reilly & Mark Q.) work. He said that the company doesn't pay any attention to compliments, just complaints and that he would rectify this, well he didn't. I have tried numerous times to find replacement latches for the SnapTopper storage containers. If you use the website customer service form, no one ever responds. If you call customer service no one answers. That is no way to run a company. I cannot find any where to buy the parts. I love the containers but would never buy them again because of the lousy customer service. I will not buy any more Rubbermaid products until I can get some replacements. We used Alside's replacement windows in our entire house. Within two months one window just cracked with no apparent reason. They replaced that under the life time warranty. Six months after it was replaced another window cracked. I contacted them again and their reply was that the glass was not covered. Since glass is the biggest component of a window the warranty is basically useless. I am a disgruntled customer. I understand that this service was a no contract, prepaid service. I paid my plan from 6/2/09 after my service was suspended from 5/16/09 to 6/2/09. Today 6/16/09 I am told that the payment I made on 6/2/09 is for May when I did not have service because the service was suspended. I was in a hospital from 6 Feb 2010 until 16 Feb 2010 ihad no money or no credit cards, so I used the pay pay phone to make collect calls . I did not know that a collect call cost $13. 68 upto 29.90. For 12 Calls My bill was $196.53. When you call ZPDI of Legacy LD Intl Inc. They tell me they are located in California but there Main office is in Texas.
