I have permanently damaged lungs (COPD) as evaluated by two Respiratory Specialists (in El Paso, Tx & Corpus Christi, Tx). I will be on oxygen for the rest of my life. Contra Costa County CA Building department have a way to get revenue to keep their jobs. They come out to your house and begin to write the homeowner up for allegded building and zoning violations. Typically this is some buffoon who just got out of school and no nothing of construction. No matter what evidence you come up with to disprove the citations, it falls on deaf ears. I have given my mobile for service at Jyothi Communication/Chennai on 23.10.2009. I was informed that there is a major problem in hardware and the repair will be sent to Nokia factory. This leading taxi firm is merging with another leading private hire taxi firm called (40 40 40). They will gain a monopoly on the local private hire business. This is unfair, such mergers should be assessed properly by local councils and analysis should be done on how they will affect others. My son worked for this company out of the Columbus, Ohio warehouse, installing Directv. He left because they wanted him to do someone elses trouble call at no charge. He uses his own gas and tools so he said not unless he got paid for it. It wasn't his install. They told him that they would mail his check. Payday was 8/20/09 and he's still waiting. So, I put a deposit on a $22, 500 used Pontiac after a day or two of negotiations with a salesman...all set to pickup the car on the weekend. Two days later I get a message to call my salesman, the car apparently already had a deposit on it but they have another one "exactly the same" I can have. I won ebay item 330407992836 on 3/2/2010, their payment terms stated 7 days were allowed for payment. On 3/3/2010, TWO rude and demanding emails were received demanding payment immediately. Payment was made on 3/3/2010, immediately thereafter I received a email wanting to cancel the transaction because they didnt have the product. Three offers were made to them to correct the situation, all three were denied. According to various complaints online, he works in Merchant services (credit card processing) as a "partner" for a company that has various names, he cant keep it straight. I gave my house items packing and moving contract to Arya packer and mover (Yeshwantpur Bangalore Ph no 9036936919). While taking contract Mr. Prabhat told me that he will even deliver my house sweeping item also without fail. But while I got delivery I found that one of my bags was missing. His people checked and when they found that bag contain many gift item like mobiles, electronic item they steal that bag. After many follow up this person not delivered my bag. I purchased the montel healthmaster emulsifier and used it for approximately 1-1/2 months. It did all of the things that it was advertised to do. Then it burned out. I worked for this company. They tried to turn me into a scientologist. They forced me to take classes that i didn't want. They made me read that Anti Christ L. Ron Hubbard stupid crap. They would make you come in to work. Start at 8am and stay until 8pm at night. Then they made up some stupid way to to try and cheat us out of over time pay. Now, they are going to be sued for it. Also the company was sued by two former employees and those employees got a huge out of court settlement which proves the company is vetting its employees into studying that SCI-FI crap. This is a gaming website that charges your credit card to play games, then you earn "spoints". You can order prizes with the spoints. I played for over a year, they never sent me my prizes, they continued to charge my credit card and you could no longer get on the website to play the games. They refused a credit. My company currently carries at least a dozen accounts with Century Link formerly Embarq. They inlcude a T-1 line that cost our company thousands of dollars to have put in place, local lines, and a long distance account. We have carried the long distance account less then a year. Since Novemeber of 2009 there have been issues we have had with them. I always hesitate to meet recruiters because they don't usually help all that much, so I started asking questions.
