I have spent over one thousand dollars with global tel link, to talk too my husband, who is a inmate at the dekalb co. jail. I understand that your company is doing something to help the people that use your services, but you have to admit that your company has t many complaints. I have s many complaints, but i will give you the most rcent one. The letter I sent to this company is below it tells all of what happened. I will say that today when I checked my bank account this company had returned my $19.95 payment that was made in Dec. 2009. So should get a letter regarding this saying that I have successfully canceled my subscription. I am printing off the deposit and keeping it with my other paperwork on this company. We are not a customer of OneCommunications but when customes of OneCommunications call us (expample from 317-547-9621 ICC business products)they get a recording "the number you called can not be reached at this time" We can not call OneCommunications as we are not a customer of this company we can not report trouble to them. My son purchased a vehicle Custom Creations in West Haven, CT. 8 days later, it broke down. He has not been able to drive the car since. They refuse to remedy the situation, and told him he bought the car as "as is", and refused to give my son his money back. Unfortunately, my son took thier word that the car was in excellent condition before he bought it. This is a damn shame because the money he gave them was his Disibiltiy pension for handicapped citizens. $1500. Last October or so I spent a few hours filling out an interview for Expatify, called Spotlight Me! Also, as requested, I put together some photos in a Picasa Album and emailed these to them a few days later, all to their posted email address. I am complaining about the complete lack of regard for customers that At&t exhibits. Today, my cell phone (purchased at At&t), went completely crazy, would not text, or dial out. Adoption Associates, Inc. has had a few complaints filed against it with the BBB and Michigan DHS. George's Cleaners in Tucker, Ga. has surly man who obviously despises what he does and who he does it for. After clothes were 'laundered' they smelled so strongly of a perfumey smell that I returned them. In the process of looking on line to purchase ink cartridges for my printer I came across ink4u.co.uk . Having never dealt with a uk company I was skeptical. I filled out the order form and receieved a copy of the invoice for $58.92 total price. When I receieved my card statement within a week and I was charged $94.08. The product took almost a month to show up. I contacted them via e-mail (as their phone does not work) and explained the error in billing. We made the mistake to going to this ski accessory store in Flaine, France in February this year. We were missing one pair of gloves for our part so went to have a look around the stores, they were priced from £35 in the ski hire stores. Today two men in a green chrysler van waved me and two friends down in a parking lot. He said he had some extra speakers that were already paid for and that he would love to give them to a hard working college student like us. Att dailup service migation from worldnet to att.net On the internet following their instructions the only choice you have is to pay by credit or debit card to save your old e-mail account. Called the number provided and was given the run around transferred at least 20 different times. Bill from AT&T for $13.50 for Directory Assistance calls (includes Fed charges, state taxes). Never made the calls dialing 10-15-15-8000 number. AT&T says they can't help what third party companies do, and they can't stop the customer from using other directory assistance services. I paid over $500 for a business card design for my design business. I selected the colors, font and background. Phrizbie Design now displays this design on their site with a different designer name. It makes my design generic and they are selling it all over. They also sent my second order of cards with the wrong email address. The web designer, Gillian Riley claimed that she was ill and could not send them again. Her father then emailed me that she had been in an accident and could not send cards.
