There is NO WAY to fight a FAP claim with Wildblue. If they say you went over, you went over. Period. Years ago I (and MANY others) requested that they show actual daily usage so we could manage our own use but they STILL only have a 30 day rolling total. Had contractor refinished 2 countertops and a bathtub. Used caulk around countertop, the finish did not cover the caulk, the surface is rough and the detail is trying to come off. I found that this machine cannot be repaired due to a manufacturers defect. The machine vibrates off balance. I have balanced it per Maytags suggestion and have had it thoroughly checked out. The repairman said he would call me back the next day after I talked to him. He never called me back because he knew this machine could not be repaired. The repairman told me he thought the buffer ring was bad. I had the machine taken apart to find out there is not one bad part on this machine just a defective machine. The private security buisness listed above has in the past held employees certifications (ie. commission cards) so that the employee will not attempt to seek employment elsewhere.
