I received through the USPS (not via email) an invoice showing a PAST DUE amount of $85.01, current charges of $74.51, and Federal USF of $10.50; for a "Total due Upon Receipt" of $170.02. I am writing this to warn Airtel subscribers in Kerala. The company is indulging in a new illegal practice to fleece its customers. Many subscribers in the past few days have been shocked to find that Airtel is deducting Rs 11 for interntional calls that are not answered. In other words, if you make a call and there is no reply from the other side, you still are forced to pay Rs11! This is a highly unscrupulous practice on the part of the company. Your product is okay, but your spray bottles, specifically the nozzles, suck. Happened to me more than once. I had to attach a nozzle from another brand. When I go to the chore of cleaning the bathroom, I try to do it fast, only to find that the new bottle of Comet Bathroom Cleaner that I just bought (the nozzle) doesn't work. For the second time in 5 months our Garmin nuvi 770 has blown fuses in our 1999 Toyota Camry. I have had three conversations with Garmin technical support, Garmin claims that our unit is the only one they have heard about that is doing that. I told him I wanted to check the price of a new oven versus having the old one fixed. I hired the company Master Movers to move my furnture. My understanding of the contract was the max of $500. Once all of my furniture was loaded on the truch I was informed that the total cost was $2200. I did not have that type of monies. First, I have a problem reaching Nationwide, they have a recording that keeps me on hold and I still don't get to speak to anyone about my problem.
