They initially do all the things right untill you buy it. They lure you by giving very cheap rates for the initial month. Purchased a Optimus heater in Oct. 09 from WalMart, it swivels which makes the "made in china" unit electric cord break. I tried to take back in march 010 but Walmart said they will not take back because I didn't have the instruction manual. International calls are NOT unlimited from Vonage. I got an email from vonage and it says my calls are not in the same patterns. I called the voange and they told me, the number of minutes I could use depends 0n other vonage customers. I cannot go more then average customer usage minutes, otherwise they will charge the regular rate for international minutes.
